The Classic Chirashi was good. The sashimi was fresh with generous portions. The sushi rice was perfectly made. The Torched Trio Bento was okay :/ it would have been nice if the torched sashimi pieces were more on the bigger side. The fried crumbs in the bento was a nice addition for texture.

4/5 stars Food✅ Wait❌ Price😅 Food was decent quality and fresh for this price point, but a bit pricey. A few weeks ago I ordered two items #402 Kakushin Choice Doubled + #407 Sekushi Salmon Set Had to wait 30-40minutes on a weekday, there’s only 1 chef and 1 teller, very small takeout place. Lady was nice, it looked clean, but kitchen a bit messy/jam packed I think I paid around $80-90, including cash discount. Ordered other items from another restaurant, crossed out pic to avoid confusion

Stumbled upon this place on UberEats, checked the Google rating and so we ordered. Definitely didn’t disappoint! It was something different & our family enjoyed the dinner we ordered tonight. Would order from here again!

Kakushin has a lot of different variety of selection of sushi and sashimi on the menu. Prices are acceptable and once walked in to the store I had a warm welcome from the lady at cash. Very friendly. Food is pretty good and quite fresh. The store is very small and no seats. The one thing I believe could be improved is that I personally foudn the sushi chef press the sushi rice too hard. The rice were really pack and mushy at the same time.

I've visited many times and their team is just the best. They know what they are doing, they make it look very nice and also provide good quality seafood! They're also very friendly and also got to watch their chefs at work behind the counter. I've had the chance to try the torched trio many times, that's my personal favourite, as well as the salmon Bundt style, Maui Poke bowl, and Lobster Poke Bowl. Thanks Candy and team! they're on all delivery platforms too, when I don't feel like driving, Uber Eats is a click away ☺️

Found this Delicious little hidden gem inside Commerce Gate: friendly staff, innovative rolls and high quality premium fish. The torch wagyu sushi just melted in my mouth! I also ordered their Chef set, sashimi with an option to their trio rice or unagi rice...the sashimi was delicate and extremely FRESH and the trio rice was spectacular. HIGHLY Recommend this place for takeout

If you love sushi, come check this place out. Especially the Torched Salmon Roll. Each one would melt in your mouth. The Maui Poke Bowl definitely had high quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and polite 😁
