My girlfriend and I have been getting takeout from here almost weekly since October 2023. The sushi is always amazing, the service is so kind, the prices are very reasonable, and the appetizers are also delicious. We've honestly never had an issue with our many, many orders. Anyone in the area looking for sushi: Kaiyo is definitely the best around.

They have delicious sushi and chicken teriyaki dishes at a fair price. The service is very friendly, and the food is very fresh. I really like the lunch specials. Give this place a try if you are in the area.

The place is run by Chinese people (nothing wrong with that). I got the lunch special with BBQ eel + avocado roll with 5 pieces sushi for $13.99. I felt the sushi could be better tasting. I probably would prefer to pay more for better tasting sushi.

We wanted to try since our friend recommended this place. It's a cozy small restaurant with few tables and friendly staff. We ordered mostly salmon sushi 🍣 and sashimi. The food is average but I think it's reasonable for their price. It's somewhere you want to quickly grab and go! You'll have ither options, If you want good quality with fresh ingredients with higher $$.

Ordered from here on UberEats and used their buy one get one free promo. Price is quite good with the promo but I felt the food was mediocre at best. The salmon tasted quite a bit more fishy than other places. Not sure if it’s just this particular time or it’s their salmon quality in general. The spicy salmon roll had a burnt taste to it and I am not sure if that’s the intended taste. The wasabi was low quality with no kick to it. Overall mediocre place and probably will not order here again as there are so many better sushi restaurants.

Found this one night on a Google search and decided to try it out. It wad pretty quiet for a Friday night and their restaurant isn't huge but definitely glad we went. Their menu is small but the prices are very reasonable. They have some good combos and bento boxes and lots of different rolls to choose from. We got a white dragon roll, a mango roll, a Philadelphia roll, a eel roll and tempura. It came out to around $20 each between 2 people. The ingredients were also quite fresh, would definitely come back again.

***TL;DR TIPS/THINGS TO KNOW*** - Lots of parking, won't have trouble finding a spot - There's dining space, but they are mostly booths that can fit a maximum 4 people each. If you're with a large group with more than 4 people, expect to be split into two groups because you won't be able to sit side-by-side - They accept credit I'm not disappointed at this restaurant, but I'm not impressed by it either. My partner and I came here and we ordered the 60pc assorted sushi and sashimi platter. The total, including 15% tip and tax came to be around ~$67. For $67, I did not think the platter was worth the cost. While the food tasted great, we did not get the dine-in experience that we should (they did not refill tea, or come by to ask if we were doing OK. In fact, I had to go up to the cashier to order my food, and paid for my meal before we even got it) I think the platters themselves are worth it, but I wouldn't dine-in for this sushi again. You're better off doing take-out at this restaurant.

I ordered Salmon Don (take away), it's nice n lot of salmon. It comes with a soup. Fish quality is average n good service. The restaurant is small inside the plaza. Parking is free n easy. Great for 2-4 person.
