Updated: My second visit today and saw much improvement in services and food. Was excited to try the Goulash dish again The only male employee there at the time, he spoke no English & didn't understand what I said most of the time. I landed up pointing at the menu. The meal itself was tasty and hot Pleasant atmosphere with lovely pictures of Eastern Europe on the wall. They also sell some foreign items (specialty mini supermarket) Food was really good, although employee must learn to master the English language. upgraded to 5 stars from previous visit. I highly recommend the veal under sac although it's is only available on weekends Saturday/Sunday.

Love their home cooked food, always a treat. Owners are professional, attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. Their menu offers a lot of options but try authentic Balkan foods like cevapi, gulas, lepinja, karadjordjeva snitcel. Food is very tasty, cooked to perfection, make sure to leave some room for delicious desserts. Perfect for family gatherings, celebrations and private parties as well as chilling with friends for lunch or dinner.

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, but most of all the food is outstanding!!! Authentic Balkan grill, the komplet lepinja is a must, as well as the karađorđeva schnitzel. The plum baklava was delicious. This restaurant is a gem!!!

The atmosphere is really nice and the food is good with many choices but still could be better. The BIG problem here is with the unprofessional and rude staff. Especially the younger man cook/waiter who talks behind your back and was very disrespectful towards my mother who is 71. Also when we wanted to speak to him in English, he answered back in Serbian and said he doesn't speak English. What! You're working in a restaurant that caters not only to Balkan people but also English speaking patrons! Because of this rude service I give a 2 star review. Remember the customer is always right!

I was in the area doing errands and stopped in to pick up some takeout. Hands down the best chicken schnitzel I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

One of my favourite spots for authentic Balkan food! The food is always fresh and tasty & service is excellent. Make sure to try the “komplet lepinja”, as well as the made in house desserts. 10/10 😊
