We had a lovely time at the spacious restaurant! The service was outstanding, and they did a fantastic job accommodating our family dinner of 30 people. If they could add a few more dessert options that would be amazing! I was hoping for red beans sweet soup instead we got jello which was not bad. Overall, a delightful experience!

The food was delicious, if you’re looking to try this place be sure to make a reservation in advance though. The process and food were splendid, in addition I thought it was a unique aspect allowing the guests to see and hold the crab/lobster served before it was cooked. The restaurant is be try big and spacious, in addition to the themed/traditional decor. The cups, plates, and bowls were all traditionally designed with similar patterns. The aesthetic of the restaurant was very unique as well, with lobster, fish, or crab tanks incorporated into the walls in the inside of the restaurant where you’re sat. The food was timeless and traditional.

The food was fresh and good! Portions are just right just wish they had more dishes to choose from the menu. The place is beautifully renovated with high end designs but unfortunately the service and atmosphere was like no other local Chinese restaurant with lots of shouting swearing. The hygiene was not great and the washroom was filthy and had no hand soup.

2024 December 4★ Moved to a new location with a larger, classy but dark look is certainly a big change from their original white marked look. Food remains pretty good. Lobster 5.5lbs + 5 dim sum with fried rice & veggies meal is just over $210 and is good for 4 people. 2022 September 4★ If your looking for a cheap meal, this isn't the place for you. If your looking for lobster with a decent atmosphere, you've come to the right place. The lobster and seafood is the star here. The other dishes are not bad either, but really, it won't be the reason why you are here. The lobster with fries combination is actually very good. The hints of garlicky spiciness complements the flavor of lobster. The salted egg lobster version is also just as good. The garlic beef chunks with veggies are also very good. Tender and bursting with flavors. Free Parking available. Service was good considering it was early (4pm).

We decided to take advantage of the tax break and treat ourselves to some dim sum and lobster. We had only been there two weeks ago, but was surprised today that the menu had changed and prices went up significantly! It is very sad that the owner is taking advantage of the HST holiday and making the customers pay about 15% more. The dim sum dishes were small but tasty, the lobster with noodle was decent, service was alright. But unfortunately the tax scam left a bitter taste as we left. Will not be coming back...

Very grand! We had a private room but not only was that a great space, the venue has a great atmosphere and there is tremendous attention to detail. Food was excellent, lobster, king crab and steak, all of it. Definitely must take guests and the family

A presentable dim sum and seafood restaurant in Toronto. Walls are lined up with built in tanks housing live lobsters and seafood. Dim sums are well made and delicious. Lobsters can be prepared various styles. Quality tea leaves used and in presentable pots. Perfect place for treating friends and family.

Friends visiting from Australia and thought I would take them out to the famous lobster dinner at the newly opened Jumbo Lobsters on Leslie St, Richmond Hill. What an embarrassment! We arrived at 5:30pm and ordered the set menu like everyone else and it contains a 6 lb of lobsters, a 8 lb king crabs and 5 other dishes. 6 lb became 6.85 lb and the 8 lb became 8.5 lb, which was expected. The surprises was all the other dishes came first including the fried rice, veggie and steamed fish and the two main seafood came last. We were seated on a table which obviously was way too small for this set menu for the 7 of us. Some dishes had to be transferred to smaller plates which greatly degraded the presentation and hence enjoyment. Through-out the next 1.5 hours, no one was there to change plates, refill tea pots and hot water, no plastic gloves until we asked, no toothpicks and no serviette, just a deck of cheap tissues papers. Services were rushed as each seating is limited to 2 hours. After we finished, dessert was served and it was put on top of all the uncollected dishes still on the table. Sharp at 2 hours, some young busboy came to our table and told us loudly and forcefully we must now leave as new customers were waiting for our table 😡 Set dinner was $699 on the menu, we ended up paying $939 which included all the extra pounds of seafood, taxes and 12% automatic tips. Never would I go there again. With that kind of money I expected service and a no rush dinner. The place was loud and we had to raise our voices to carry out a normal conversation. This is definitely a tourist trap and the restaurant only care about rushing us through. You have been warned !
