Soild Afghan brothers. It has been open since October 2024. Give me a solid amount of food. I got lamb shank with kabali rice. Will order in future through ubereats 🙏

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the sheer incompetence I witnessed at this place. Their chai paratha was initially on point, but the quality took a nosedive faster than their customer service skills. I gave them multiple chances, but the fourth visit was the final nail in the coffin - they ran out of paratha and refused to accommodate me. The cherry on top? The counter staff's utter apathy. As a chef and a customer, I expect basic decency and professionalism. Instead, I got a masterclass in how to lose a loyal customer. Newsflash: if you can't be bothered to serve with a smile or show some semblance of gratitude, then maybe you're in the wrong industry. I'll take my $500 monthly food budget (and my appetite) elsewhere. To all you food outlets out there, take note: kindness, humility, and a genuine interest in customer satisfaction are not optional - they're essential. Shape up or ship out!

Disappointing Experience at Juicy Shawarma I’ve visited Juicy Shawarma multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The restaurant is dirty, and it’s clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not priorities. The staff are not respectful and fail to follow basic hygiene practices—they don’t wear gloves or head covers while handling food, which is very concerning. Whenever I place an order, I’m told the wait time is 5 minutes, but it always takes at least 20 minutes—even when the place isn’t busy. Instead of attending to customers, the owners are often loudly chatting with friends, creating a disruptive and unprofessional atmosphere. The food quality is below average, and the overall environment feels neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and food handling practices.

The place definitely needs better customer service and needs a lot of work, the guys working don't seem to care about anything lol. Asked for chicken shawarma, a kid from the back came to front after a couple minutes of waiting Charged me for a shawarma and then started working in the back, I asked them how long it's gonna be after waiting 5 minutes, was told another 10-15 minutes, I told them I can't wait that long and I should've been told that it'll be a while and asked for refund so I can go somewhere as my breaks are limited. They made me a shawarma after asking but it wasn't good at all, pita was stale, shawarma wasn't properly toasted and the bread broke open and the shawarma became a platter. There's definitely potential here but a lot of work needed

I walked inside to get karak chai but then got impressed by the clean ambiance and appetizing food , and ordered some veggie samosas and chicken shawarma. The chai is one of the best , the samosas were fresh and delicious and the shawarma was really juicy and perfect. I am glad I walked in ! Now I will be there often !
