J.P's Pizzeria

They have good pizza. The round pizza is better than the square pizza because they can make it more thin. One of the pizza delivery driver guys the older Italian gentleman. He is kind of rude. I had an uncomfortable interaction with him today, I didn't tip him so he was like you know we have to fill up our own gas even though I live 1 km away from the store. Just be nice. If I wasn't a broke student I would definitely tip him. I'm assuming the store pays him under minimum wage.

Cousin ordered cheese pizza but got some sort of veggie variety. Family still enjoyed it taste wise. Good portion size.

Pizza and Wings. Great combo. Pizza was good but the wings were great. Bigger than any wings with sauce on the side rather than cooked with it. 45 minutes seems like a long time to wait for a walk in order but when you see the owner leaving to make a delivery you'll understand why. He seems over worked if he is alone, but it was worth the wait if wings take 30 minutes to do.

Every few weeks I order from this spot. The service is very friendly. Definitely a good spot for good quality pizza. You can tell their cheese and dough are always fresh. So are the ingredients, especially their homemade sausage. Eating this doesn’t leave you feeling bloated like other pizza spots. I usually get JPs favourite because it includes their in house sausage. I get party size pizza because I feel it’s the best for price. Sometimes I split it half Hawaiian too. Free delivery because I live within 10 minutes. And they always come on time.

Great pizza joint in the middle of nowhere. I can recommend their cheese and pepperoni slices 100%. Tangy sauce, good crisp/crunch and a flavourful mozzarella. I would put it up there with a lot of the great pizza places in Toronto and Hamilton.

Not my cup of tea, based on the reviews I decided to try this pizza place and my overall experience is a 3 star, ordered 2 pizzas along with some wings. To start this pizza place is nowhere near an Italian pizzeria not even owned by one, the place's cleanliness was a 3 star based on what I have seen, I will not go into details. The Chicken pizza is a 1-star bland and has no taste at all , it made of Chicken that was frozen and tossed on the pizza to cook. JP's favourite Pizza was a good one, it is a 3 star and the chicken wings were good as well although we ordered the seasoning on the side instead it came on it. The drinks are in a fridge that doesn't even work along with the dipping sauce, they even forgot to provide with the order, no cutlery no napkins not even ketchup.

February 14 2022 is the first time I've come here and I was expecting a regular pizza joint but I'm surprised to say that I had some really good pizza here. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a garlic dip and it came out to $17 and some change. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza here. The sauce and the cheese was very fresh and I am inclined to come here again. I would put this place in my top 5 pizza places. I would have to come here a few more times and try out different pizza options before I can say anything else.

I could not believe that I neglected to write a review for JP's. My first visit here was back in 2013. If you don't already know, I love supporting a local mom & pop restaurant. Especially during these unprecedented times. JP is a great guy. The pizza is top notch. JP's deserves its number# 1 ranking for Mississauga. The dough is chewy where it needs to be and it is crispy where it should be. So for any good pizza, the secret is in the dough. That is why the conveyor belt / mass produced pies from chains like Pizza Pizza and Dominos all taste the same. The Hawaiian pizza tastes the same as a pepperoni pizza etc. That is why I call them " cardboard" pizza. Because they all just tastes like cardboard.That is why they are so cheap. You always get what you pay for....always. Treat yourself to a proper pizza and you can judge for yourself. You will be able to tell the difference. The panzerotti is huge. I think that is 12". So if you are hungry. Try one. I don't think that they are baked but rather fried. Still tasty nonetheless. The penne pasta is a very generous portion with meatballs. I remember that JP told way back in 2013 that his mom comes in to make the meatballs. I am not sure if that is still true. But they still taste great. Keep the great work JP !!! A++ experience all the way here.
