I got the everything bagel with horseradish schemer and capers. The bagel was soft like a cloud, and the toppings were super flavourful! The super friendly service was a huge & wonderful bonus! Love! Love! Love!

A regular at the market but my first time stopping in. The bagel sandwhich (Dadwich) was so tasty and filling. I think I could eat one everyday. Josh the owner was great, good personality and friendly. A definate go to when stopping into the market. I would recommend this highly to anyone visiting the Hammer and the market.

Went to the Hamilton Farmer's Market for the first time, we did a lap and landed at Joshy's because we thought that just from the walk-by it looked delicious and the owner looked super friendly. We weren't wrong about either of those! The bagels and sides (dill cucumber salad and pickled onions) were so good, we had to go back again the following weekend! Absolutely recommend!

Today I was craving a bagel and searched up local spots when I came across Joshy’s. It was my first time there and it was phenomenal. I came half an hour before close and he still took the time to explain the menu, the way the lox is prepared and where it’s all sourced. He seemed very passionate and kind! I have never had a bagel like this before and I’m so happy I was able to experience it. My boyfriend who isn’t a huge fan of “raw” fish loved it! Will be back soon to try the trout next :)

Popped by the farmers market and had one of Joshy's bagels for the first time! We got the Basic B with some pickled onion on the side and it was really good!! Tons of flavour and I really liked the texture of the bagel. Joshy was also super nice and friendly 😊 Can't wait to go back and try the beet cured trout next!

How do I love Joshys? Let me count the ways. Best cured fish, schmears, and accoutrements in the game. Joshy is so knowledgeable, so charming, so deserving of any and all success he and his wife receive. If you’re ever in the Hamilton market, let him make you a sandwich - dealers choice. You won’t be disappointed. And grab some take home stuffs while you’re at it, ‘cause you’ll want more.

Simply put, it’s amazing! Honestly the reason we will go out early on a Saturday morning is to get here. The smallest mention of getting a Joshys bagel and lox makes the decision for us that we are going to get a sandwich. Beyond the fact that they have incredible food, their so nice and you can see the passion they have for their craft. If you haven’t gone, then go! It’s worth the drive no matter how far to give it a try.

First time at Joshy’s—he recommended the Basic B and it didn’t disappoint, probably one of the best lox bagel I ever had! The bagels are not heavy and dry like some other places, these are… light and delicious. The salmon is amazing, goooood quantity of cream cheese and the cucumber salad is, you guessed it, amazing too. And on top of all this, Josh is super nice! Would give 10 stars if I could!
