I love this place, though most of the times I come its really long line up to the cashier and no place to dine-in. Jollibee foods i like them all, the service crew always serving you with sweet smile! God bless all if you stay humble and in good health!!!

Ordered through skip the dishes for spicy chicken. I noticed that when I picked up the items and tried to eat the chicken downstairs by STC, they didn't seem spicy. I took a small skin crumb and noticed that they weren't spicy at all. I took it back upstairs, and the server did give me the new spicy chicken. However, they took the box I brought back and didn't immediately throw it away. Instead, they tucked the box close to the heat lamp where chickens were kept. I told the server that I touched the content inside so they better be throwing it away, and even though the server acknowledged that they will throw it away, I felt that this seemed like an awfully sketchy action to take. This is not how I expect food to be handled. How can I trust them to not serve a returned item to another person???

I came to Jollibee STC today expecting a great experience. However, that’s not what I got. Well, honestly Jollibee here in STC is always a hit or miss experience. I ordered spicy chicken together with my spaghetti and rice. When I was eating the chicken, there was no spice at all, so I went to the counter to ask if they made a mistake serving me with a regular chicken. The manager was there and one of the employee answered that a lot of people are complaining about it. The manager asked if I wanted hot sauce which I opted. The chicken besides being not spicy is also not newly cooked. If you already knew that there had been issues with the chicken, at least have the guts to tell customers about it as they order. Stop claiming things which you are not.

Today, we went to Jollibee’s STC outlet. The atmosphere was bustling with customers, and we decided to try their chicken meal. When our order arrived, I noticed that the chicken was cooked nicely, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The fries were also decent, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. However, in my opinion, the overall quality was average. I was hoping for a more exceptional taste and experience, considering the popularity of Jollibee. Despite this, I appreciated the effort put into cooking the chicken and fries. I might give it another chance in the future to see if the quality improves.

This Jollibee offers a consistently enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant is always neat and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Their signature chicken is consistently cooked to perfection, with just the right temperature and consistency. The staff is a standout feature, always providing a friendly and warm welcome with a genuine smile. However, during weekends or holiday seasons, the place tends to get crowded due to its location in the mall, making dine-in experiences a bit hectic. Despite this, Jollibee is definitely worth a try, especially when enjoying a meal with friends and family.

When i heard about these opening in toronto there was a lot of excitement about it. So naturally i had to try it. Finally got a chance. Nothing earth shattering. But the chicken was flavoured really nice and very juicy.

My first visit to Jollibee. Since I just ate so I only got their famous peach mango pie. It’s heavenly. It’s 3.49 each but 4 for $10. It’s worth the money because it’s so delicious. I’ll come to try their fried chicken and the other pies next time. This is located in Scarborough Town Centre. There is a big seating area. Comfy and clean. Will visit again.
