Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Chicken was uncooked, the fries were stale and dry, didn’t send a straw with the drink and no Ketchup. I really wonder how they manage to stay in business with such poor quality!! FYI it all ended up in the trash. Thanks for ruining my dinner and wasting my money.

Great food as always. Staff (especially Yana) is warm, smiling and very efficient. Manager Zen is very pleasant to talk too. Had a little spill and both cleaned it up really quickly. They both make us feel like we're back home in the Philippines. Both ladies went above and beyond.

We just forgot to ask Ma’am’s name, and it was our first time again after a couple of years of not having a Jollibee. She is friendly and very accommodating. Definitely one of the best staffs a Jollibee could ever have! Other than that, all the staffs will greet you with a big smile! 😊

My family and I visited Jollibee at Yonge and Broadway a few days ago and received excellent service from their friendly staff. The establishment was spotless, thanks to the employees' constant upkeep. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, just as expected! A special shout-out to their supervisor, Ma'am Zen, who was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. She frequently checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel very well taken care of. Thanks to her and the employees' outstanding service, we will definitely be coming back whenever we have the chance! 🍗❤️

Fresh, super crispy, hot chicken! What more do you need? 😍🍗 We were greeted by friendly and happy staff that made dining in so pleasant. The food was prepared quickly, and the place and washrooms were clean. It's in a busy area and seats can fill up quickly, so I suggest taking your food to go if you're in a hurry! Alternatively, this location has extra seating in their patio. 😊
