I went in there by 8:30pm, Ordered spicy chicken and pineapple drink, it was super good, freshly made, and people there were so nice. And with the rock and dance playlist, Jollibee has become my new favourite place.

I ordered on uber eats with a note that I want all drumsticks and if it’s not possible, just cancel the order but they completely ignored it, sent me only one drumstick and did not cancel the order. And chicken was so dry and chewy, not juicy like before. Never ever jolibee again.

Jollibee is always great and is the reason I often find myself at Centerpoint mall. I really enjoyed the pineapple juice, and my chicken burger left nothing to be desired. Going to this, Jollibee reminded me of a recent visit I made to the Philippines - the food here was just as tasty as with what I tried there.

I'm impressed by the exceptional customer service at this Jollibee branch. The manager, Janine, sets a wonderful example by greeting everyone with a warm smile. The food is not only fresh but also served promptly. I want to give a special shoutout to the staff members Mica, Mae, and Jolina, as well as the hardworking kitchen staff. Overall, I believe this is the best Jollibee branch and I would give them a 5-star rating!

The Jollibee at this location was a bit greaser and less juicy than another Jollibee location. additionally, for 3.99, I got a pineapple quencher that's half filled with ice, and it is so not worth it. The other location has less ice and more pineapple drink. When I told them about it, they said "that's the standard amount of ice they add" which in a way makes me feel that this location is just serving me less drink and filling it with ice while charging extraordinary prices.

Chicken not as good as other locations, it tasted kind of old not refried but as if it was out for some time. The chicken strips are not worth it barely any chicken on it. I would not come to this location again only cause the food needs work, the staff and atmosphere were great tho.

services ok, pineapple juice doesnt have the pineapple bits anymore and too sweet, gravy has MSG, fried chicken is greasy as expected, spaghetti side topping also too sweet. Too sweet and greasy... u guess what does it do to your health... garbage bins were all overflowed, all washrooms had no hand soap, Mens was v dirty.

Food at Jollibee always tastes great and never disappoints, for fast food standards. The restaurant is currently under renovation and there is less seating available. Service was fast when I went on a Saturday afternoon, and they provided buzzers to know when the food is ready for pickup. Difficult to choose between Jollibee and Popeyes. But Jollibee offers spaghetti and mango pie, which isn't typically available at other fast food restaurants.
