The noodles were soggy, there was barely any sauce, and the chicken was both way too SALTY and dry. To make matters worse, the drink wasn’t even placed in a bag. Considering this was a delivery order, the sticker didn’t feel like enough to keep it secure. I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED. After seeing the recent reviews, I can’t understand why management hasn’t taken steps to address these issues. Anyway, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

half staffs were playing cellphone while packing my food，I ordered 6 spicy chicken buckets but I got non spicy chicken. PLEASE TRAINING YOUR STAFF！！！It was an awful experience

Don't make the mistake of skipping the line by ordering on the app. There are stickers on every table to do so. I sat at a table and ordered dine in, I noticed my order came after at least a dozen of walk in customers. 20 mins waiting time for a simple bucket of fried chicken. The food here is a bit spicier than other outlets

Experience at jollibee is always great, staffs are friendly, orders are quick, place is clean. Wouldn’t come and drive 2 hrs and 30mins to visit this joint if the service is not good😊

Pretty decent variety of food, the burger wa big, but not too much sauce; nonetheless delicious. Not a long waiting time and good service, nice atmosphere.

Second time having Jollibee. Loved their gravy. The chicken was tender and is better than most fried chicken place. The spicy option isn’t spicy to be honest. The fires aren’t seasoned as well, for me at least. Bought 10 piece chicken and 3 sides option.

Ordered Spicy Chicken but got the normal flavour with Spicy flags at top..Lol People at the counter should practice how to greet customers, no hello, no thanks when we were there. Food wasn’t that great, i tried same a couple of times before at Kennedy Commons branch, Chicken used to well done, and comes with spicy powder at top. Nothing good going on at this place, not sure what’s wrong. After finishing the meal, one of the staff members were staring at us like “would these guys clean the table or not”. Of course we do, just allow us to wear jackets (outside was raining) first. Overall, had bad experience, wouldn’t recommend the place if you need respect & good food.
