Order their spicy chicken burger. Very disappointing although the burger is nice and juicy. There's no spice in the actual Burger. They actually cut huge chunks of Paleo pepper into the burger. I don't like the taste once you remove it. It's just a regular juicy chicken burger. I prefer Popeyes if you're looking for a spicy burger. Lastly, I think it's highly overpriced for a chicken burger., The fries look like McDonald's fries but like the taste.

Crispy chicken, hit the table piping hot. First time visiting and was impressed. Was unsure about the spaghetti but was surprisingly tasty, not too sweet and not as mushy as I have been led to believe. Had the 10 piece bucket, half spicy. Original recipe preferred. Fries were good. Gravy was a nice addition.

I ordered 3 pieces crispy chicken with one side. Two of them were original and one spicy. I requested to give me two thighs and one leg. Instead, the server gave me one thigh and two legs. This was a little disappointing. The mashed potato was good, but the gravy was a little over salted. This is the first time I am trying jollibee, and I like the taste of the chicken. It was very soft with very succulent and well crisp. It was better than other brands around that sell crispy chicken. There are multiple options of burger and strips, and they also have pineapple juice and soda as an option. You can opt for as you drink. The music was too loud, and I was unable to talk over the phone. The spicy chicken, it was good in taste. Though the spice level was not up to my mar, because I love more spicy. For regular spicy eaters, it's up to the taste. I want to try it one more time. And I will definitely recommend to all the chicken lovers to try it.And i'm sure they will enjoy it because of the taste and freshness. I was so busy eating. I couldn't take much picture of the place. The place is cozy, but I feel like it's not very spacious but good for hanging out.

Nov 16 2024 Went there because kids wanted to try it. The place was spotless, a dedicated employee was constantly walking around making sure the tables and the floor are clean. We ordered the 10 pieces bucket that came with 3 sides, Chicken was ok, nothing special or different about the taste, some of the bigger pieces could use extra few minutes to cook / fry, but I guess they want to keep it juicy, however the meat near the bone could use extra cooking. The spaghetti side was a little too sweet when I tried it and tasted “weird” I asked about the ingredients and to my shock it contained a mix of beef and pork. While it’s not the stores fault and I should’ve asked beforehand, but honestly you don’t expect pork in a place that sells chicken. Other than that the food was good but nothing special

It was our first time trying out Jollibee as we have heard many great reviews about the franchise, but we were overall left with disappointment. We arrived around 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was jam packed. When we went to order, we had a very difficult time ordering as the restaurant was so loud. Although the worker was really nice and even pulled down her mask to question us regarding our order, it was still very hard to hear and understand her. When attempting to find a seat, we noticed that the interior was extremely dirty. There were food and napkins left all over the floor. We ended up finding a seat after eying down a couple who left. Due to the need for a seat, the cleaning lady never had a chance to clean our table. The wait time for food was quite fast. I ended up getting the 2 burger patty with fries. I was very excited until I opened the box to find 2 small burger patties doused in gravy which resembled the ones you could find in the frozen Michelina’s prepackaged meal. Although the gravy with the mushroom was flavorful, the burger patty and fries were nothing special. My brother had ordered the spaghetti and after finishing our meals, we were both left feeling hungry still as the portion sizes were extremely small for its price ($12.99+). Due to this, we had to order another 8 piece chicken just to fill our stomach. Although this is a fast food chain, the reality and experience was such a let down. I would recommend going to another fast food chain than coming here again.

We came early at 9am They serving full lunch menu! That was cool 😎 Chicken is the goat in fast food (Bo jangles is the true GOAT! But they only available in the south!) Chicken was good, i didn’t try the spaghetti, i hate it 😂🤣 but wife cleaned her plate! We tried the new aloha chicken, was tasty and all ingredients fresh. Ube pie was good too and pineapple drink was awesome! No line up at this time They give you a beeper 📟 so you dont need to wait You can sit and go when its ready Good experience overall

We had a fantastic time at Jollibee! As always, the Chickenjoy was the best—crispy, juicy, and absolutely delicious. But what really made our visit special was the outstanding service. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the manager made sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
