We serve the entirety of our menu all day long. We also have many gluten free items to offer. All soups are homemade daily. We hand bread all of our chicken and slice our beef roasts. We use beef tallow in our fryer.

Everytime we go here the service is incredibly fast and pleasant and the food is always consistently good. They do tend to get quite busy during peak times so keep that in mind if you're trying to go on a weekend as they only have about a dozen or so tables. Breakfast is very reasonably priced with generous serving sizes, I typically go with the Big Boy breakfast pictured here which goes for about $13. Parking is somewhat limited when it is busy but you can usually park at the side or the plaza next door. Great spot. Highly recommended.

We had to try the pastrami sandwich. Meat was juicy, warm and just the right amount of salt. Bread tasted fresh, mustard was right. Overall, delicious. My only gripe is that $15 for just the sandwich, no sides, was a little steep to make it a regular stop for lunch.

I took my kids for lunch on Sunday. We were seated immediately. The lady’s serving were very pleasant. We all ordered pancakes and side off bacon. I think we all agreed the pancakes were amazing. And the bacon was on an other level. It was a very nice experience. We will definitely return!

Stopped by on while on our way to Niagara Falls and I am glad we did. This was amazing! Service was exceptional, food was excellent, atmosphere was great. We got pastrami omelette and eggs Benny!

The grilled cheese sandwichese were very tasty. However we were disappointed with the service. There were a lot of customers in the restaurant. We were told that they were short staffed on Sat of a long weekend but the server should have told us how long it will take to get our food.

always love coming to the Ontario St. location! They have a set menu, however, their specials always feature items that may not be listed and you can ask to customize your breakfast or lunch! They also have a variety of different dietary options to choose from so a great restaurant to visit if you struggle with finding restaurants to accommodate your specific needs. I don’t want to forget to mention that the staff here are incredible! The ladies are always so friendly, kind and efficient! I love how they take the time to really get to know their customers, makes you want to come back even just to grab a coffee and chat! Definitely recommend Johnny Pastrami’s Ontario St. location you won’t be disappointed!!

Atmosphere is exactly what you would think of for small shop feel. Food was good though. Reasonable pricing. Tried the Smoked meat sandwich and partner tried the Philly steak combo. Picture for philly( was too hungry not how it looked fully).
