Today was my first time trying this place, and I have to say, the sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious! I ordered the JO Signature Roll, and I highly recommend it—absolutely worth it! The staff is super friendly and polite, making the experience even better. I really hope they open more locations because this place is truly amazing! 10/10

I chose this restaurant after exploring reviews and food pictures from nearby restaurants, and yes I was right. Took 40 mins of roundtrip to pick up from my home (Milton) to the restaurant (Oakville), but will visit again for tasty food.

Food tasted good but cutting too many small corners adds up...got poke bowls and miso soup. The salmon on the poke was good but some pieces cut way to small or thin, felt like scraps, but other peices were diced well. Flavor lacked depth, kind of just felt like spicy mayo on dry salad and salmon. Salmon was fresh and so we're the veggies. 3 tiny cubes of crab, 6 tiny cubes of avocado. I like that there wasn't a lot of rice, but some people might not like that. The miso soup looked like some drank it already, cup was less than a quarter full, a few quick sips and it was done. I'd say maybe 1/4 cup in a regular cup. We got 2 and both were like that. The flavor on it seemed way too salty. Great service though. Maybe next time I'll try the sushi since the fish was fresh!

Walking into JO Sushi for the first time tonight was like walking into a cozy anime scene. The whole staff warmly greeted us with genuine smiles and it was soooo wholesome. The sushi was incredibly fresh and tasty! The prices are very reasonable. Can’t wait to come back again!

I am not a roll fan but have to say the Spicy Salmon Roll has good layers of taste & texture. California Roll was also tasty.

First time here and it won’t be the last! What a great sushi to go place in Oakville! So glad I explored out of my town. The ordering system was quick and easy to use! My order was ready for the time I specified in my order. I was happy to see a family run business and everybody working there was kind and happy!! We loved the sushi, sashimi & roll party tray! My kids who are not into raw sushi loved the Crispy Chicken roll!

*Hidden Gem Alert* This tiny sushi spot is in nice community off on a side street. Only for takeout. Quality of the rolks is amazing, fish taste fresh. Pricing is very fair. Rolls are available in 5 and 10 pieces. Menu has a lot of options for everything. There is good selection for lunch specials. If you’re in Oakville don’t hesitate try this place out.
