NEVER PLAY HERE. This bar either shorts bands or refuses to pay them AT ALL. The manager is completely rude and disrespectful and refuses to take accountability. The music community stands together against this awful place.

No stars. Cheap, dishonest place, they don’t pay their musicians. Avoid this place at all costs. I do not recommend this place unless you have bad taste in food. Food has energy and when you eat food made by a business with dark energy you get sick, you feel drained. It's bad vibes. When you work really hard, the last thing you want to do is spend your money on a dishonest place like this. Be honest, take accountability, say what you mean and mean what you say. Be impeccable with your word, if not, you will lose the trust of the community. This place “can” be great but actions = reactions. Karma is like a Rubber Band. You can only stretch it so far before it comes back and smacks you in the face. This place will get what’s coming to them because of their horrible management and lies. I detest dishonest businesses. Beware of this joke of a place. Do not trust them!

BANDS BEWARE!!! This place shortens your pay or they might not even pay at all. Avoid playing this venue at all costs!! UPDATE: Now they're getting friends to put good reviews to hide the truth and up their already crappy rating. It's all BS. This place is empty every weekend. I honestly don't know how they afford to keep their doors open. Oh I know! They don't pay the bands!

absolutely disrespectful and dishonest. a note to bands in the Toronto music scene: don't waste your time playing here. there are so many better venues that will actually treat you with dignity.

Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and fries to go. If this was their best effort (as I was the only patron there), I'll never order here again. The Steak was like a sole of a shoe ... extremely overcooked and tough as nails. Hardly any veg. Little cheese. I felt guilty feeding my dog the overcooked meat. I give them 3 months before they shut down. Service was great but the food and overall experience was horrible. Sadly Lakeshore Sub isn't open on Sunday or I would've gladly went there instead.

This place when it was Dakota's was cool now it sucks. There was a cook before who made the best food, now the new cooks suck so much and the bartender Kayla is rude and pretty sure she can't do math. Everyone do not support this dump
