The food was okay. Downside is the service was not the best. I ordered two meat and rice box. I asked for the pork sauce because I got their roasted pork. But they said that it doesn’t come with it which I was quite surprised. Even other places comes with a drink or a soup…. Because of them trying to save $0.10 for their sauce, this caused them a one star review.

I got the bbq pork and roasted pork on rice. The meal came with some Chinese broccoli and soup or cold chrysanthemum tea. I like my bbq pork on the leaner side and they do that well here. The roasted pork tasted great. The meal came to be $10 and they accept cash only.

Bbq pork and duck lunch special is 10$. Very good value for a quick meal. Flavour is not bad either. Also got marinated duck wings. Good lunch place.

Ordered takeout from Jian Hong Yuen for the first time and the food was delicious! It was for Thanksgiving weekend and there was a bit of a mix-up with the order (small suckling pig and 2 roast ducks), but they got everything squared away after a quick chat. The suckling pig was amazing, the skin was super crispy and melt in your mouth yummy. The ducks were really good too, plenty of food for our Friendsgiving party of 4 families. Nice to have a good go-to Canto BBQ joint in the area, will def be back.

Just visited this Cantonese style bbq place two days ago. I was there at the food court for “tofu pudding”(豆腐花) from 人和, and somehow I wanted to give it a try. I ordered steamed rice with free range chicken and roasted pork. Staff are quite friendly, and the food is good (the extra crispy pork skin is so yum😋) which is out of my expectation (coz locals recommended different bbq meat places but not this one). Hope they’ll keep it up. I’ll definitely come back and try their char siu (bbq pork) too.

Located inside the Denison Centre’s food court. There are quite the assortment of BBQ goodies for your selections. Ordered my tried and true favourite of BBQ duck and roasted pork. One thing that caught my eye was there was no complimentary soup with meal. The duck and BBQ pork was a little over tenderized which lead to very little taste. The Roasted pork skin was not crispy/ delicate more hard and tough. The duck was lacking flavours. The rice was rice (a little on the dry side) and as much was they topped off with sauce, was not much taste. Will save my BBQ enjoyment to FMP food court

Good service and good price for the portion but I found the food quite average. Charsiew and duck were quite dry and the flavour did not penetrate well into the meat. The roasted pork was better but I found they had a lof of fat chunks unrendered, which made them quite heavy. The sauce was rather bland. Their complimentary soup was actually very decent.
