Jersey Mike's Subs

First time in, welcome to Canada! I ordered the Club supreme, it comes with Bacon, Turkey, Ham, and provolone cheese. The portion is generous, I ordered the regular which equates to 6 inches sub Canadian size. Fresh sliced meats, bread is French style baguette, but not crusty, choice of veggies, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and hot peppers. Overall, you can taste the freshness, but seasoning such as different types of sub sauces are limited to olive oil vinaigrette. I have a feeling that this brand is defaulted to Italian, simple and straightforward taste. I prefer zesty sauce to dress my sandwich, so I found this a little bland for my taste buds. Beautiful location with 10 staff, great service but costs might not be sustainable. Fresh open concept lit with natural light. Plenty of parking in a ritzy foods mall. Little pricey for students for sure, limited drink choices, only sugar pops drinks. Hopefully you will bring beer, wines, and BOBA teas. Wonderful friendly staff, well trained. No WIFI is a bummer, google comfortable high chairs and tables. You are missing the secret sauces that appeals to my taste memory. Kudos to you as an entrepreneur.

I wanted to share my experience on Jersey Mike’s the York Mills location. We went there last month after like 2 weeks of their opening. We wanted to see the hype and ate there for dinner. We spent $100.00+ for 4 sandwiches two of which was the Giant size. I was so impressed by the portions of the meat in the giant size. So I do understand the portion is not the same for all 3 sizes (Mini, Regular, Giant) but you get more meat as you size up. The next time we went back was Dec 9 my daughters 13th birthday as she loved the food we ate their for dinner. To my surprise I ordered another Giant size and was so disappointed in the portion of the meat. I ordered a new sandwich from the last time which had 3 different types of meat vs 4. Regardless of the 3 vs 4 there was a significant difference between the two although both were giant size. This was so disappointing as the Giant sizes were not cheap at around $20.00. The first time we ate it was a male manager who served us and the last was a female employee. Not sure if the female employee knew what she doing as you can see Even when the slices were cut. This reminds me me of the Subway franchise when they first came to Canada and was so generous in both the meat portions and the choice of topping as much as you say. Not sure now If we would go back as this was my issue as time goes by these franchises forget their own standards. The first photo was the same size sandwich on Dec 9,2024 Giant size with one less meat and second photo was our first visit Nov 8, 2024. See the difference in the portion size.

I came here with high expectations, since I’ve heard good reviews from people around me. 1st thing that threw me for a curve ball was their pricing. Compared to their rival subway, these sandwich or closer to the 20 mark for a regular sandwich. In my opinion that’s a bit pricey. The sandwich itself in my opinion was a 6/10. Nothing to write home about. I hated that my bread wasn’t toasted, as this allowed for all the juice and sauces to seep into it and make it soggy. The bread was definitely denser compared to subways, and less variety of bread. The toppings were somewhat limited and as someone who’s not a deli meat connoisseur. I was a bit confused as to what certain meats were. The juice on top (forgot what it’s called) was okay. In my opinion it added nothing in terms of taste to the sandwich. Overall the restaurant itself was clean and the workers were polite however I wouldn’t recommend. If you want a really nice sandwich I’d recommend you buy the ingredients and make it at home or for a quick cheap bite maybe try subway

First time trying Jersey Mikes, tons of options to choose from and I like that they offer 3 sizes. Items were fresh, flavourful and service was pretty fast considering how busy it was. Very generous with toppings Overall felt this was a more generous and unique version of sub classics we are used to, but nothing ground breaking

I'll start off by saying this place hit me weird, in a good way. When I think SUB, I think "low rent big sandwich". Now that isn't necessarily a bad thing and sort of what I was expecting. Not the case. Right after I ordered, they started slicing fresh turkey and immediately stacking that on a bun. "Wait, is that for me?" I asked. "Yeah" This guy didn't know me from High school or anything. "That's how we do it here" he explained. Are you freeking kidding me? Staff were very helpful and friendly too. I ordered the Supreme and it was huge. Brought it home with what my kids ordered and we were all surprised it tasted so good. The meat was fresh, moist, and delicious. The bread was soft and definitely made that day. I appreciate them cutting it up into 4 manageable sections. Everything was a sub you'd expect only turned up to eleven. They recommended I try this sweet / spicy relish and I wish I got more of it. Next time. I actually want to try everything. Seriously. I said in an other review that deli has gone down hill in Toronto. That's fine and **** U deli, because now we have Jersey Mike's! Great work guys, keep it consistent and you've got a customer for life!

Decided to give Jersey mike’s a shot the first week they opened. These subs are AMAZING. The bread has a nice crunch with a perfect chew. It doesn’t get mushy from the vinegar oil. I got the original club. The meat is portion is generous and tastes great (easily double what subway would give). The lettuce and onions are sliced super thin so the texture is perfect. Rock solid sandwich and lots of interesting options to try. Just don’t expect tons of sauces/veggies keeps it simple. Nothing wrong with that. The timing couldn’t be better toronto needs better subs. Subway is AWFUL these days. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!!

I went at 10:30am to beat the crowds and it was worth it! I was treated by multiple friendly faces. They provided me with suggestions, let me sample to red wine vinegar as I was unsure if I wanted it on my sandwich. They encouraged me to film and made jokes, conversations and appeared excited to be working. My sub looked exactly like the pictures and what I had been seeing online, they have a working app where I collected points. They had a lot of employees working so the process was quick. Menu is very easy to understand and most importantly the Subs tasted DELICIOUS and fresh! I am hoping this restaurant lasts and maintains its cleanliness, amazing customer service and tasty food.

Located at the north east corner of Leslie and York Mills. This newly opened location has a large parking lot. There are plenty of seating options for any size group you may have. The crew is slowly working through the kinks to get things smoothed out There are many options and they all taste great I indulged in the Big Kahuna for a little steak and cheese with a little kick and boy did it not disappoint Pair it up with a cookie/ chips and drink for a combo to not forget.
