First time and it was a good experience!!! Many busy employees behind the counter working quickly and efficiently. The sub was really good and mikes sauce was what made it better. Price point was okay. Lol could be better and I would go more often. Will go again.

For me this is my go-to sub shop. Even though it's 35 minutes away, still the same quality as the USA. They have a well-oiled machine here in Markham. Great stuff! Great crew great manager didn't want to enter because the line was too long but then I realized how fast it was moving. God talking to the owner and it looks like they're not going to franchise for Canada as they like to keep control of a heavily stuffed establishment with good work ethic as lots of that dies when you do franchise. The sub I got the giant the Italian one with all the mix-ins of the Italian cold cuts and added bacon to it. And of course you have to get at Mike's way. It's like going to McDonald's getting a Big Mac without the Mac sauce. It's just a must. Very fulfilling a little expensive but you pay for quality. I know what makes a key is fresh. Cut cold cuts. I have to stomach and try the Philly one day but for now the cold ones are great for me

So we first tried Jersey Mikes in North Carolina in 2023. It was a revelation. I was so impressed with the quality! We had it again twice more before we left. Was very excited to find this location opening and today we tried it for the first time. Everything was excellent! We were so happy that it lived up to our expectations from our visits in the states! Everything was super fresh and the service was quick and very friendly! Happy to see the Mini sizes! We will definitely be coming back. Hope the service and quality keeps up! Great job.

This place deserves a higher rating than it has now (3.8 at the moment). The food is good. The quality and flavour of meats, cheese and bread is above other sub places (people thinking the flavour is underwhelming might have picked the wrong toppings, you need to get cherry pepper relish and mike’s way!) While it is a bit pricier, they stuff that sub very full and pile on the meats, so I feel it’s worth the price. I got #9 clubs supreme mikes way with extra mayo and cherry pepper relish.

Such an exciting arrival to markham. The viral subs, i am happy to say are worth it The gigantic size is actually enormous. Could actually feed myself and both my kids. It’s loaded with meat and veggies and doused with salt / pepper and oil / vinegar. Because of the latter, it’s best co aimed asap to prevent it from getting soggy. But either way, crispy crunch from the lettuce, meat soaked with all that flavouring and the meat being fresh cut from the slicer Service is quick, even with a line up. They blow through customers fairly quickly. I do have to say though that I didn’t wait long, but people ordering hot subs did wait a little longer than me. And the two things not to pass up on is the red pepper jelly AND the chocolate chip cookie Great job overall

Busy Place!! We stopped by the one on Woodbine Markham on a Saturday night around 8pm and the line up weaved around and out to the door!!! I watched each person order and watched the gentleman slapping fresh cut meat after meat onto the bun. It was LOADED!!! The idea of freshly sliced cold cuts and loaded onto the bread made my mouth water😋 I ordered the famous Philly cheesesteak. It was prepared in the back and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was HEAVY!!! I opted for Giant sandwich which cost approximately $21 before tax and I made it a combo (small bag of chips and a bottle drink) came up to $29.50! I was a bit thrown off that I paid $30 for a sub but it was not that bad of an experience after all. The beef was flavourful with a hint of caramelized onion topped with mild yet creamy white cheese. There was not a whole lot of seating area, so we decided to enjoy the food in the car. I would go back again but will opt out of the chips and drink.

I was very excited to see Jersey Mike's opening in Markham. They make a great sandwich. I had the Giant size Italian sub Mike's Way, it's large enough for 2 people to share so the cost is fine. Roast Beef is a must try, it's a real roast (med-rare) that they slice the meat off of. Just don't get it mikes way, get mayo+dijon + sauteed mushroom+onion. I thought the cheese slice was too thin, i would add extra cheese next time.

Saw this new location opened up and wanted to see what the hype was. I had the #5 cold cut. The meat and topping was good but nothing outstanding. I wasn’t use to not having the bread toasted so it did become a little bit soggy after sitting for 10 minutes. The regular size was a little bit smaller than a foot-long at Subway. $16 for a regular size plus a drink. Staff were super nice and efficient. Overall, it’s a 7/10. I would have it again if it was convenient. I still prefer firehouse sub over this.
