For what felt like forever, the sign outside teased of the impending arrival of spicy jerk chicken, but when it finally arrived I….did not go for a long time. And then I did. And I’m sorry waited so long! A few bullet-points: - Great value! Most items do not go over $15 and the portion sizes put them on par for American expectations of serving. In other words, expect a lot - Service is friendly! It sounds like sarcasm, but treat the employees here with kindness and it’s nothing but the same, back! The food is Caribbean, so expect a certain degree of spice. Even as someone who doesn’t enjoy too much heat in their food, this is very enjoyable and the flavors come through. It’s not just fire. Definitely worth the trip! Come by and check it out!

I love BBQ chicken with rice and beans. Normally I order small size but for me I can eat half and save half for another meal. Staff are friendly 🥰 Store are clean 🧽 Food is delicious and better than another restaurant I had eaten. There cooked chicken very tender and juicy and not much burn. My other favorite is fried plantains. Small restaurant but there are high chairs to sit and eat. No parking but distance walking from major streets of College and Spadina. Price is reasonable.

Good food! I got a large jerk chicken plate. The chicken is super juicy, wish it was more spicy but it’s a good plate. Comes with a coleslaw which is small but super yum. Me and my man ate it up real quick. We were big backed tonight!

Nice folks! Polite and friendly. Had the veggie meal, medium-size. Was around $10 with tax. It was a good amount of food but I regretted ordering it. The level of spice was good (mild), but it was not properly salted and tasted quite bland. Would have been nice to have a bit more variety, ex. Less rice/beans or less potatoes, in exchange for another vegetable. Maybe cauliflower and/or carrots. I would return to try the other dishes, but would not order the veggie meal again.

Patty is homemade, but was an interpretation. It was as if a french chef tried to imagine what a beef patty tasted. People were friendly enough. But sadly, the patty lacked flavor, and had an over powering taste of oregano and Thyme and no heat. Crust was quite doughy too and lacked that flakiness I was expecting. Hadn't tried other items, as I was put off by the patty.

Got a small spicy jerk chicken with rice and peas for lunch. Note that the picture is in the medium box but it's actually a small. I liked the flavour and cooking of the dish, it had a good amount of spicen for me, maybe a bit milder than sriracha. Space was clean and service was quick.

Food is delicious and well prepared. Must try if you love Caribbean food. Food has nice flavour, you can taste every spice used. 🤤 🤤 Great customer service. Clean and nice environment. Reasonable pricing.
