Jawny Bakers Restaurant

Hello! Recently we had our hockey team holiday dinner there. I just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff, from the wait staff to the kitchen. The service and food were exceptional. The players were served first and promptly, followed by the adults, which was perfect, as it allowed time for the boys to exchange their Secret Santa gifts while the adults ate. Two families who had never been before said they had always meant to check out Jawny Bakers. I told them that it's our favorite local family restaurant and that we have had a couple of successful team dinners there before. They said they would definitely be coming back as a family. I wanted to give a special shout out to Crystal. She was flawless, as usual. She handled multiple orders like a pro and was super kind and put my mind at ease as the organizer of the event. She helped me make decisions about when to open gifts, etc and made sure my younger son who was arriving late from a hockey game would have food ready with the rest of the boys. She truly is a gem. We looked and looked for a private room that we could have 20 people for dinner in Toronto without paying $500 for the room just to start! Well we found Jawny Bakers and as long as we had 10 Or more the room was free!!!! They have an incredible fixed menu for UNDER $45 a person or you can order off the menu!! The owners Olga and Tom were so accommodating and helpful!! Service was awesome for the 17 family members I hosted for an early Xmas gathering!! See you soon soon- oh and the restaurant and bar are so welcoming!! Oh and they HAVE PARKING IN THE BACK!!!

Surprised by this place, solid food good drinks and good prices. Went for a retirement party and had one of their rooms (shoutout to to.poshballoons check them via Instagram for the decor) This place is a hidden gem, steak was solid wife had the burger which she enjoyed as well. They have some drink specials during the week as well. 4.5/5 ⭐️

This is my second visit to this location. My first visit was about 10 years ago and vividly recall the amazing service we reserved. My experience at Jawny Bakers for the second time exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by the manager. Our visit was to celebrate a birthday, and although our party was larger than anticipated, the staff graciously relocated us to a private room. The private dining room was a delightful surprise; it provided the perfect ambiance for our celebration. Quiet and well-equipped with a TV, it added an extra layer of comfort to our evening. Our server was an absolute gem. Not only was he polite and courteous, but he was also incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire evening. From promptly taking our orders to ensuring we had everything we needed, his level of care truly elevated our dining experience. Overall, Jawny Bakers impressed me with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual night out, I highly recommend Baker for a memorable dining experience.

My first time at this restaurant was awesome! The place had a cool vibe, and the food was seriously delicious. From appetizers to the main course, every bite was a taste explosion. Plus, the staff was super friendly and on point with their service. Can't wait to come back for more good times and great eats!

I came here based on reviews and it didn't lie. The atmosphere is like a quieter and sensible jack actors and the service is top notch. From the time we walked in to the time we finished our dessert was 1 hour. From the appetizers to dessert it all came nice and hot and right after our previous was finished. I couldn't believe the timing. The food was delicious. I had the peppercorn chicken and my husband had the fish and chips. Both met with satisfaction. The dessert was mud pie and it also came out nice and hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Very satisfied with every aspect of this experience. Highly recommend 👌 P.S. I had the privilege to meet the owner right after I wrote thr review and I've been watching her serving the tables alongside staff. It goes to show the wonderful team spirit here and I'm happy to support.

Passed by this restaurant numerous times over the years without having going there. Decided to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. Spacious style interior with big screen tv's throughout. The service was top notch as the staff were very polite and attentive. The calamari appetizer was one of the best we've ever had anywhere. I had the Halibut fish and chips. The fish was battered nicely, not a huge serving but was very dense and filling. The fries was the only thing that was not that great, wasn't crispy at all. Oreo cheesecake was also a hit. Definitely will be back to try other menu items. November 1st, 2022 - Stopped by tonight for dinner. Service was great. Had the calamari again fantastic . The main was 8oz centre Sirloin with mash potatoes was good. Strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
