Food's amazing, 10 out of 10. Service is... not so great. I missed the lunch special by 4 minutes and, upon asking if I could still get it, the proprietor said 'it ends at 2:00 o'clock, those are the rules. Next time, call ahead so, even if you're late, you can still get it.' I'd understand if I was 30 minutes late—15, even—but it doesn't make it any less annoying and, quite frankly, it's just plain pedantic making an issue out of 4 minutes, citing rules. I had initially given them 4/5 stars about 1.0–1.5 months ago (1 docked for previous issues with service), but this was the last straw. The main thing that kept me going there—in spite of the repeatedly-poor service—was convenience, but even I can't look past terrible service in the name of convenience. Plenty of other places have good food, especially vegetarian-friendly food (I mention this only because they have veggie options on their menu, but it's never in stock/prepared—if you want ackee, go elsewhere).
