Jaffys Premium Grill

Extremely disappointed. This is our first time trying this place, since I heard good reviews. Doesn’t look like we’ll be coming back. I personally have worked at a restaurant, It is extremely considerable for the waiter to tell patrons when they enter that there will be a wait time for food. Our waiter didn’t mention there would be a wait, we sat there for almost an hour waiting for our food. There were people before us who also haven’t received their food. (If we waited an hour, they waited longer) Their food was good, for sure not worth an hour wait. However, when it comes to the service…no skills what’s so ever. I personally had to talk to the manager to tell her how long we waited & if there was any compensation…the manager looked at me crazy.

I recently visited this halal fast food restaurant and had a fantastic experience! We ordered the classic burger, which was incredibly tasty. The thick, juicy patty was definitely the star of the show, and it made the meal worth the visit. The only downside was the wait time; it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. However, the ambience was great, and there’s ample parking outside. We opted for the Greek salad instead of fries, and it paired perfectly with the burger. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious fast food!

This place is overall amazing. The experience from the staff to the food has been amazing every single time I have been here. Tried a few of their items and google say the nacho or calamari are a go to. The mains that my friends and I have tried so far are the fish and chips, fried chicken sandwich, steak sandwich and lamb soulvaki. Def gotta try some of their other mains but what we tried so far have been amazing!

Good place to try out halal steak and ribs. This place has a new owner with a new name, the service was really nice and food was tasty. The steak was perfectly cooked to the desired temperature, and the ribs were delicious. They have a big dine-in place with lots of seating arrangements. 4 starts out of 5.

I couldn't even believe this place. Amazing food and really good people and good environment. Our server was very nice and very motherly! We loved it here and will definitely come back again. Food was amazing and it was unbelievably reasonable price! Update: I just realized that they have a prayer place! Amazing! Amazing!

Overall great place. The wait to be seated without a reservation wasn’t too long. Sucks that they don’t do reservations. Service was good, fast and friendly. It was nice to have a halal steakhouse win sauce that offers so many dishes. My favourite was the beef ribs which were delicious and finger licking good. However the chicken sandwich was not hitting. While the NY strip was okay.

I visited Jaffys after two years, on my return to Saga from the UK. Well the presentation was excellent. Food tasted exquisite, the staff were very helpful. I think it was the owner/chefs son. This rack of ribs was amazing. Succulent, tender, juicy, soft, moist, crispy edges and most of all cooked to perfection beef ribs! Now the sauce is not a BBQ sauce but whatever it is... its on point! I would go back no doubt. Lets hope this standard remains high. Now the other stuff was nice too.... in my excitement of how good the ribs are i forgot to even write about them 😂

One of the best Grill Places I’ve ever been too. Excellent Food, Great Ambiance, Exceptional Customer Service. Our Server Brittany was awesome. Owner/Chef Mr & Mrs Jackson has magic in their hands. Great taste. Family Restaurant. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend. 😊
