Very nice Christmas vibe. We Loved the noise and crowd. Service was good. I ordered Buddha salad and it was great. Chicken finger bbq and wings were so good too. The soft cookie was so fresh. We would definitely go again and highly recommend the place.

The place was so festive like seriously it elevated the experience! We were seated so quickly, the service was so fast and the food was really tasty! Loved the vibes and will definitely go again!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Lia at Jack Astor’s in Vaughan, and I can confidently say she made my dining experience exceptional! From the moment we were seated, Lia was attentive, warm, and professional. She took the time to answer our questions about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured everything came out exactly as ordered.

❌First off once we got in and sat at down at our table the server named Lia (she) 👧🏼 was nice at first, but when we were ready to order food she was going around the bar area and hugging the single guys waiting for their tips 💰 instead of reaching out to us to order our food as we waited a good 20-30 minutes just to order our food. Then we finally had to call some other server to ask our server to order our food, Lia (she)👧🏼finally came to order the food. After that we all got our food like another 30 minutes later but noticed one of the order was wrong as she ordered something different and didn’t listen or look what we were pointing at which was Chicken Mac N Cheese but instead we got a Chicken Sandwich with Mac N Cheese on the side 🤦‍♂️. After that she had to come over and reorder for us and one of us had to wait 20-30 minutes for their food because our server Lia (she) 👧🏼 got it wrong the first time. Not only she got our order wrong, but also she never checked up on us and asked “Does the food taste good or do you need any sauce or anything else?” and never refilled our water once or even asked us if we needed water/drinks. At the end of it all we were all fed up with her service and customer service that we had to ask the hostess to get a takeout box, water which was never given and the Bill. This restaurant goes by the rule of only one server for each table so we had to wait for our server Lia (she) 👧🏼 to get us a bill receipt to pay. Never have I experienced this much disrespect and bad customer service from this Jack Astors (Vaughan) location! 👉I would give this location a -5 stars if there was an option to! ❌❌❌Never go to this location ever and especially do not be served by Lia (she) if you are not a single guy that looks rich and is ready to pay her big tips💰

The mexican bowl was the best meal I had during my stay in Toronto. Very cute and cozy environment, I loved the Christmas decoration. The staff were all very nice too!

Everything is wonderful from food to service and vibe. I’ll recommend coming here and our server was amazing his name is Alp. We came here Saturday and busy but the food and drink is on time. Such an amazing restaurant. The fish tacos fire 10/10 🤤

We dropped by to kill time before heading to Halloween Haunt at Wonderland. Grabbed a table at the bar and muched on some nachoes. Our server, Alp, was attentive and was quick to help us log in in time to win a few round of trivia. It was a really fun atmosphere and the food was great. An overall delightful experience and we will definitely be back.

Arrived at 12:10 for a late night bite after going to Dave and Busters for the first time. The atmosphere at Jack’s was warm and inviting. The walls lined with very cool memorabilia; magazines, skateboards, patio string lights, superheroes in frames. I especially thought that the lighting fixtures hanging from paintings were a very cool way to repurpose old artwork! Our server, Chantel, was polite and very kind. It was our first time here, so we needed a few extra minutes with the menu. For drinks, we settled with the Blue Raspberry Lemonade and the Triple Play Fishbowl. I drank the bowl, it was a nice balance of sweetness and you could hardly taste the alcohol. My boyfriend’s drink, the raspberry lemonade, was very tart, kind of like a warhead. Either way, he enjoyed it. Everything was great until the food arrived. We ordered some starters to share. Specifically the Garlic Panbread (with cheese), the beer cheese dip and the poutine (which we added bacon to). The beer cheese dip was okay. The texture was a little grainy, which is not what I’m used to when ordering beer cheese dip at other restaurants. When we tried the poutine, the gravy was very thin and runny. It all pooled to the bottom of the dish. Lastly, the garlic pan bread… which I was really looking forward to. I love garlic. I love garlic bread too. But oh my god, this garlic bread had enough garlic on it to kill off a horde of vampires. It was also very very greasy. I’d definitely come back, but will definitely be trying other food items instead of these.
