Had a great experience dining here for lunch. I came with a large group for a holiday lunch and the team was able to accommodate our large group. Our server Rina was fantastic! She took great care of us making sure we got our drinks and meals correct and was very pleasant throughout. The holiday decor was also fantastic. Thank you for the great hospitality during our visit.

I like their burgers but I think it should be cooked less as the patty seemed overcooked/burnt. Also, it's gotten more expensive than I remember it unfortunately. Thumbs up for having a mocktail menu to accomodate those who are sober.

We were last there 2 weeks ago celebrating my son’s birthday Our server was Christian and he was friendly and efficient! The restaurant was having trouble with their system and had to go old school hand writing all the orders and the bill. All 5 orders were delivered to our table perfectly and as always our visit was great. We have a Jacks closer to where we live but we always make the effort to come to the Sherway location. Always great food, staff and atmosphere!

Hadn't been here in a while and I understand why. We had a gift card so we thought we would try it out again.... mistake! First of all, we sat down for 10 Mins in an empty restaurant without any service, even for a drink. Then we moved seats and finally got some service. My wife pulled out gift cards and the waiter said he can't accept them as their system for gift cards had been down since last Saturday. Sorry? Since last Saturday? So you can buy a Jack Astors gift card that they continue to sell at third party locations, but you can't use them? Bad business. I confirmed this with the supervisor and AGM. How can a business sell gift cards but not accept them? They confirmed that it was all Jack Astor locations that have no access to use gift cards. We left. The restaurant is simply not good enough to pay full for the overpriced, poor food, and support a business that is literally stealing money. The place was empty for a reason. The writing is on the wall here unfortunately. A once good restaurant is definitely closing soon.

A classic spot for good eats. Nothing too fancy or groundbreaking, but a solid and consistent option for a quick meal. Food and service are both good, and a really nice patio during the summer time. Love the chicken club as a classic food option and appreciate how accommodating the team was with allergies!

I love jacks any location Im in I love going to jacks, but tonight experience was not it. Our waitress seemed tired not happy to serve us, she barely checked up on us; although it was Saturday night and it was busy at least be able to tend to your table. The garlic pan bread was great, the new brie cheese burger was over cooked and bit salty but the worst was the dessert; the strawberry croissant ice cream was awful. The strawberry were bitter, the croissant was rock hard the ice cream was okay. We asked the server to take it back. The oo lala lavender fishbowl was awful as well. Stick to the beach in bowl. Honestly as saying I do love Jacks, I will definitely stick to other ones I go too

Great service. Our waiter was Chris and he had expressed to us that it was his last day that day and I just want to say that he was phenomenal. (Hire someone just as great as him to fill his spot). One of my cups were dirty and he did bring me a clean cup so I appreciate that a lot. Dustin the cook !oh my gosh, thank you so much for my steak that was cooked perfectly And seasoned well (table 43). Props to you dude thanks a lot! Atmosphere was OK, would prefer if the music was lowered a bit but other than that, it was great.
