JABS (Just Another Burger Spot)

I was a bit unsure when I took my first bite into a Jabs double classic - it had a real crunch to it with the caramelized outside, but by the second bite, I was hooked. You have to give this place a try and I kinda like their understated approach. Like other top end burger spots, the food is carefully prepared which can mean a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I didn't eat in this time, but there is plenty of room at the back with tables, although the atmosphere isn't super enticing. Will definitely be back.

Easily one of my favourite burger spots in Toronto. Haven’t heard of this place prior to visiting but saw the reviews and it did not disappoint. Service was quick and the burger was solid. Definitely will be going back when i’m in the area!

Absolutely loved the cheeseburger. Smash, so flat but still juicy. The cheese was melted, the buns were soft, and that sweet onion jam with the jab sauce just put it at another level. All that for a great price and that's one amazing cheeseburger. Also tried the oklahoma burger and fries. The oklahoma was ok - similar to the cheeseburger but with a lot more onions and no jam. The fries were pretty good - thin cut and not overly salty. Both for great prices. Service was super friendly, kitchen was super quick. Place is simple but clean, and love how the smell of grilling burgers wafts in the air. Can see why many people love this place - simple, tasty, affordable.

Damn good burger, will definitely be back. I heard this place does Oklahoma style onion burgers, which are something I really enjoy, and decided to check it out today. Place was clean, the staff were friendly and the decor was simple. But I was there for the burger and it did not disappoint. I’ve had several Oklahoma Onion Burgers, and this was top tier. I had a double, with no modifications and really enjoyed it. Onions were nicely cooked and added a nice sweetness, their burger sauce was perfect, adding to the flavours without overshadowing anything, and the smash burger patties were great. The meat was good quality, there was a satisfying crispness to the edges, but they weren’t overcooked into crispy disks. Overall, best burger in this neighborhood so far.

My second time here and I can’t get enough. Juicy yet crispy patties, delicious sauces and the most delicious crunch on the fries. This burger spot beats any other spot in the city. I like how they bring the tray to your table too, a nice touch. It’s nice to see such a good burger spot in the neighborhood.

Amazing smash burgers! Their fries are also amazing, thin, crispy, salty, and roasty! I highly recommend this place for a filling lunch and some juicy burgers 🍔 I recommend getting a double patty if you’re hungry! The prices are also pretty decent. The ingredients taste very fresh; fresh lettuce, tomato, buns, onions, etc., I got the Big Jab burger and the sauce is superb. The service is also great, the staff are very friendly and bring your order to your table after you order. Shoutout to them for some amazing food and service! Highly recommend if here :)

Went and had some food with my wife the other day. The burger was really salty but it's all good. I had a special that was basically a big Mac. Price was really high but the burger was good, would I go back, yes. The smash burger patty was crispy and they did a really good job. The bun was fantastic and I would say possibly house made? Good job

One of the best burgers in Toronto. Their Summer BBQ 7oz burger was just perfect, and I wish it was a fixed item in the menu instead of a special. The Jabs Fries is also a must try. Unfortunately their pop cans are always kind of warm and they don’t have cups with ice to offer.
