Visited today due to so much social media publicity. Ambur mutton Briyani just tasted ok. The chicken Briyani was much better compared to Mutton Briyani. Pepper chicken masala was good. Need lots of improvement.

Guys relax and take it cool. I know all the instagram and YouTubers are hyping the biryani. Go with a clear mind set and we can enjoy the Authentic Chennai biryani. The Ambur mutton biryani was a let down. But Chennai chicken biryani is good and the chicken 65. End of the day each one has different taste buds. Happy New Year to all. Don’t stress out. There are things more to worry about than just Jabbar Bhai Biryani.

Chennai Chicken and Ambur Mutton Biriyani was very good in taste and quantity. Felt like I'm eating biriyani in Chennai, but the spice level could have been more. And the mutton biriyani had all bones and very little meat. Chicken 65 was too oily and again all bones. Seems like, because of the crowd they didn't have time to drain the oil completely. The restaurant itself seems to be quite compact, with less space to sit or stand. The service was okay - there's no proper table service at least because of the crowd, but the plates are given to dine in.

“Jabbar Bhai Biryani: Where Chicken Biryani Means Just Rice – And Excuses!” Ordered two chicken biryanis from Jabbar Bhai Biryani at Kennedy in Scarborough for $16.99 each, only to find nothing but plain kuska (spiced rice) in both. Not a single piece of chicken. Zero. Nada. It was like playing hide-and-seek with chicken that never showed up. Want to waste your money and appetite? Jabbar Bhai Biryani is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this restaurant. One-star is being generous.

Pathetic. Tried twice(after they opened on Dec 20th, 2024) . Came here because of social media ads. The place needs lots of improvement. Staff with no experience to do maintenance work and they look overworked and disinterested. Ambur Mutton Biryani did not have proper mutton pieces. Only bones or fat pieces. It just tastes like rice with lots of red chili 🌶️ powder. Chicken 🍗 biryani tastes like plain tomato 🍅 rice with no flavor. The only Plus is, the chicken 65 🍗 tastes better than other places and it tastes good! ( review for JABBAR BHAI BIRIYANI, Kennedy, Scarborough. Canada 🇨🇦)

The experience was disappointing. I ordered the Chennai-style Chicken 65 and Ambur-style Mutton Biryani, but the order processing was quite slow. The food lacked the expected salt and spice, and to make matters worse, it was not served hot. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Currently, only takeout option available. Got Chennai Chicken Biryani which tasted very authentic. I also got Chicken 65 and Ambur Mutton Biryani. Highly Recommend. The place was very crowded. Better to visit as soon as the shop opens. Would definitely visit again!

The biryani is good includes raitha ,kesari , brinjal gravy. We must first pay for our order and receive the bill. The number will be mentioned in the bill. We had to wait almost half an hour for our order to be packed. We must request the plate if you are eating in a restaurant.
