Ja-Nice has authentic Jamaican food such as curried goat, Oxtails, curried chicken and Jamaican patties. She has Take out only. The place is small with standing room only. She accepts cash only and no debit or Master Cards. I recommend the food. It’s delicious.

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the curried chicken and macaroni salad. The closest thing I’ve had to an authentic home-cooked style of food.

I don’t usually write many Google reviews.. but this was such a hit.. it’s a small place and it’s seems like it’s a family run business. Food is hands down the best I’ve had.. it’s so good and you can tell it’s all homemade.. definitely worth a try!!!!

Love this jem of a place If you want soup make sure to order ahead she runs out quick YES it's that good Very nice people amazing food Cash only!! Every day, a different soup Cow foot soup is absolutely delicious. The flavor WOWWWWW I've had many different dishes here and love them all

Went in and got the curry goat meal for $14, and FINALLY, real flavour and real spice! Meaty chunks of goat and addicting pepper sauce made this the best goat curry I’ve had in Hamilton.

Ja Nice is an underrated lunch spot. Everything I’ve tried on the menu is delicious. Recommend the stew chicken or the curry chicken. The patties are delicious, fresh, flaky and generously stuffed. Bring cash. They don’t accept plastic.
