I’m a big fan of shawarma, and they have the best chicken shawarma wrap I’ve tried so far! The flavors are spot on, the portions are generous, and everything is fresh and delicious. Definitely my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

AMAZING FOOD! I got the chicken shawarma plate and it was so good! It was my first time trying It's About Thyme and it is now my go-to shawarma place for St. Catharines/Niagara. The chicken was phenomenal.

Absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavourful, with very generous portion. The guy working was so kind, greeted us immediately and was able to converse with us while preparing our order. It was our first time and we will be back 100 percent. Extremely satisfied in every aspect. Look forward to our next visit. Ordered : Chicken Shawarma Wrap & Chicken Shawarma plate with rice, salad and potatoes.

All I can say is that I wish I lived closer! The owner, Sam, is probably the most kind human being ever. He’s always doing things for the community and supporting Gillian’s Place. Then there is the food. Authentic, delicious Lebanese food, need I say more! His food is out of this world! Full of flavor and good serving sizes. You can’t go wrong. Everything is fresh and delicious. His garlic sauce is so good that I always have to order extra. The chicken and beef shawarma are excellent, so is the pocket. He has so many beautiful baked goods that he makes and they’re all tasty. Everything is perfectly seasoned, moist, tender, and fresh. You can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. I always walk away completely satisfied.

Fantastic food! And the owner is very hospitable. Highly recommended for a Mediterranean meal. I gave 3 for atmosphere as this is take out only. it would be great if one day it is a regular restaurant. On the other hand don't mess with success! :) Regardless a great meal, all the ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is authentic. Looking forward to a next visit.

This shawarma was amazing. They somehow toast the outside and it tastes like a giant pita chip. The inside is so flavourful with all the right sauces and textures. Can't wait to go back.

Heard about this little hidden gem by a mutual friend, so a group of us went for lunch! We’ve been to MANY shawarma places before but nothing that really stood out. It’s about thyme is that place! The owner is so sweet, educated us about what makes his shawarma so different from the others and it was by far the BEST shawarma we’ve all ever had!

We stopped at this little gem on our way back from Niagara and we're glad we did. Super delicious food, everything was fresh, and they know how to cook their meats! The owner, Sam, is a fantastic man. No compromises on quality. We tried the chicken and beef shawarmas, the chicken shawarma plate and their secret menu item, the pocket. Sooo delicious, can't wait to come back to try the falafels!
