Tried the veal twice, first time was excellent but the second time left much to be desired. If you're craving some relatively healthy homemade food instead of the usual take out I would recommend this place. Happy to support a local family run business that provides excellent customer service with a modest menu

The food is phenomenal. Authentic Italian. You can smell the sugo simmering the second you walk in the door. They accommodated what in my opinion is a large order same day, and the gentleman working there carried it all out to my car as they were worried it may be too hot for me to carry. I did not ask at all. They volunteered this. The only thing that surpasses the incredible taste of the food, is the superior quality of their customer service. I was a first time customer today, but I intend to be a long time customer after this experience.

Ordered food for a family function and the food was great! Everyone loved the food and the portions were super generous. We will definitely order again.

The BEST veal on a bun around!!! It is authentic and so, so delicious. I've been buying this since they opened many, many years ago. You can't go wrong. Their pasta is pretty good too!

This place has been around for a long time but they’ve got how to stretch their profits out to a science nowadays! Food is good but not great and I’ve eaten a thousand veal sandwiches no kidding! And I’ve never seen breaded veal if it is even veal and not just beef cutlets soooo thin it’s incredible how thin they are! Like paper thin if you cut a piece cross section you’ll see how ridiculously thin the actual meat is! It’s truly alarming folks! Again it’s decent in taste but not in quantity! Look at the meat to breading ratios you’ll see what I mean! The only way they could slice the meat this thin is it being frozen and using a band saw! And no doubt that’s what they’re doing!! Good but not great folks and not really worth the money once you actually see what you’re getting!! Ciao!!

The service was great. Nice to know there are still family owned and run businesses. I had the chicken cutlet sandwich. I didn't find it had a lot of flavor but otherwise good. Good price for lunch. $12 for sandwich and side.

Hello foodies today I bring you an italian restaurant and take out joint that has been featured on various tv shows and is legendary for there italian delicacies . This casual eatery and cafe serves up the best dishes ,coffee and pastries with absolutely fresh tasty home cooked style food. Food 5/5 I have eaten here and had take out on several ocasions and there food is so fresh , home cooked flavor with the best ingredients Italian cusine has to offer. I have had their veal and steak sandwiches before but this time I opted for there ITALUAN PLATE a combination of pasta veal and your choice of veggies I got the roasted sweet and hot peppers..the meal was substantially generous in size and all I can say is amazing the tomatoe sauce was fresh and that home cooked taste not from a jar the veal was melt in your mouth tender a must try. Service 5/5 super friendly professional staff food comes out fresh and hot and fast great great service ...these guys been featured on tv as one of the best italian eateries for a reason and I agree check them out

I was undecided as to what to grab for lunch. It was either Chungs Caribbean Cuisine or Italian Garden. I decided to try Italian Garden because the cuisine is healthier. Yes, I must pay attention to those " pandemic" pounds creeping up on me. Once again, this a local mom & pop restaurant business. I like to support the hard working people at these businesses. The service was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. This was my first visit. Plenty of parking in the mall. Strict COVID measures are in place. I arrived just past 11:00AM. I chose to go with a large penne pasta with Rose sauce and one arancini (Beef) rice ball and my total came out to $20.50 after taxes. The food was packaged very well. The pasta was overcooked, I do prefer al dente for the texture. But the Rose sauce was quite lovely and not too acidic.They added parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top which was quite nice and refreshing. I would prefer perhaps less sauce in my order because the container was about 35-40% sauce. I would have liked to have a bit more pasta for a large order considering that the price paid was north of $10.00. But it is not a big deal for me because I did enjoy the pasta. The arancini was okay. It was not bad really. I decided to have sauce with it, so I knew that I have sacrificed that crunch for a bit of sauce. The rice and the beef mixture were well cooked and it was seasoned. I may return to try their sandwiches if I am in the area again. Only time will tell.
