Had a Maple Squash bowl from them and it was delicious! Loved the ingredients and proportions. Would go back. Their chocolate chip cookies are top tier too. Only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side with bowls starting at about $17 each.

For simple food to grab and leave. There are a few dining tables that have sticky surface. They must haven't done serious cleaning for months. Americana coffee costs $3.5, tastes like water.

They have lots of healthy options, so I decided to give it a try and the food looked good, buuut 1) the flies inside😅😅😅 2) there was some sand or something inside that was scratching on teeth, looked like the greens were not washed

The biggest and best Super bowl of salad I've ever had. A really big portion and healthy choice. Very fast and pleasant service. However I found a piece of some plastic in the salad...

Nice little spot for healthy food. Salads, bowls and toasts. Freshly made, full of flavours and colors. Their matcha latte is really tasty. Service is courteous and fast. Not a lot of seating space.

Awesome restaurant! Like a freshii but ten times better. The ingredients are really fresh. I love the market bowl (any of the bowls are fully customizable). I also love the almond brothers smoothie. It is the best thing ever. I never even liked almond butter until I tried it. Super awesome customer service from Mike one of the store managers. Will be back for him. If you’re up for something truly Canadian try the maple late.

Very chic and modern. This small cafe focuses on a small health conscious menu. The clean and industrious looks make the cafe look impressive. The menu has many gluten free and vegetarian options which means it’s a good place for some people with allergies or restrictions. The smoothies and baked snacks are very nice! Coffee is good too!! The food is a little on the expensive side as you’d come to imagine which is why I gave it a 4/5
