Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and excellent portions and service! The flavors were authentic, and every dish was fresh and satisfying. Highly recommend this place and be prepared for taking food home.

We had family drop in around dinner time and wanted something quick and different than the regular go-to takeout. We picked up dinner at IOS, having never before tried it before. $30 per person for four could have comfortably fed eight people. Freshest, tastiest and most plentiful food ever. Meat was tender and juicy, salad crispy and the potatoes tasty and perfectly done. Our guests were very impressed and this restaurant will become our family favourite. Keep it up!

Great food and great portions. We had the grilled octopus which was Fantastic. Tender and very flavourful with the onions is just perfect. The saganaki was on point and the chicken souvlaki dinners were huge portions and very tasty. Would definitely visit here again without hesitation.

It’s a go to spot for anyone looking for a great Greek meal. You truly can’t beat the price for the quantity of food you get. Greek salad comes with essentially a brick of feta not a small crumble like other places, you’re greeted with some nice pita bread and olive oil as soon as you sit down. Lamb is also a fantastic option. Octopus is top notch for a starter as well :)

We have come to IOS several times when visiting family in Hamilton and, every time, the food has been delicious and more than fulfilling! The staff has been very welcoming and diligent.

Had booked a table for 10 in the main dining, no steps to accommodate someone with mobility issues, arrived and the accommodation was not met. Although it was only 2 steps up to the table area, 2 steps is too hard for someone at 99yrs of age. Celebrating a a few birthdays, service started out extremely spotty, uneducated on the menu, 3-4 wines were unavailable, very few beers that are on the menu available and took almost 30mins to get drinks in. Appetizers were all good and of decent portions. The big disappointment to the evening was the main courses, after almost 1.5 hours in and asking if they would be out soon, got told just a few more minutes…good thing they give lots of bread and water. A few minutes to them is 30mins apparently. All chicken dishes were fine and massive, hard to mess up souvlaki!! The lamb chops were 12 inches of fat and gristle and a twoonie size of actual meat! The Filet Mignon was stringy, well under cooked even for med rare and chewy! When questioned the manager/owner was very defensive, even after bringing it back a second time it was not even cooked properly and cold on the inside. Worst experience ever at a restaurant and will never return….even if a few meals were comped….biggest waste of $500 for lettuce and chicken

$26 for the gyro, or the souvlaki, we got the gyro it's more like a pulled pork then slices of meat. it doesn't say fries on the menu for an option but they do offer it as a choice. For the price you get a good portion of food enough for 2 people for sure. Food was good service was good, waited a bit long to get the food but it was busy and we had 5 people
