Worst service ever! So me and my husband went there for new years dinner. The worst service we got. We ordered spring rolls which came after 40 mins i ordered mint mojito which didnt tasted the same as i usually get told the Server Preeti to fix it she brought back to fix my drink and never came back with my drink. Order chaap which have no taste undercooked. Me and my family usually goes here every month we never got good service but today was the worst . Please note even the restaurant that time was not busy. Tables sitting besides us also looked unhappy.

We went there as I’ve had food there before and it’s pretty good so I took some friends for a nice hangout but we were thoroughly disappointed. The flavours were way off than usual. 1. The Hakka noodles didn’t even have enough soy sauce and the colour didn’t look like Hakka noodles either. 2. They were over salted and I found a chunk of salt that was unmixed and just thrown in there. 3. Our seats were really uncomfortable as we were seated right at the entrance where every time the door opened, we were blasted by -10 C wind and we weren’t moved to other available tables when requested. 4. The Coke we ordered was served at a little lower than room temperature. It was not cold at all. Other than that, the food took way too long to be served, plus we were initially only given one little piece of napkin each, there was no soy sauce or condiments at the table. All in all it was a rather disappointing experience and we wished we’d spent that time at any of the other eating joints in the area instead.

First time visit to this restaurant and from outside it looked like a small sitdown restaurant but stepping inside we were surprised to see such a nice ambience, spacious and a smiling welcome. We ordered Tandoori veg momo, chicken lollipop, veg Manchurian and desi style noodles. Food was great, both quantity and quality wise. The service was on point and very quick too. Thanks to our server - Mr.Alvin. Definitely recommend trying it.

The food was really good. And the service was top notch. Our server named Alvin was super helpful and nice. He even recommended us many dishes as it was our first time here. Definitely try their soups specially the corn one.

My husband and I decided to visit Indolicious by Hakalicious for dinner because we love Hakalicious at Trinity Commons, but that location is always busy. Unfortunately, while the food at Indolicious was tasty, the experience was marred by poor service and a chaotic atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the place felt disorganized. There was no one to greet us or show us to a table, and after waiting for about 5 minutes, we had to approach an employee ourselves to get seated. Once we finally got a table, we waited another 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and even then, we had to flag someone down. When we did place our order, the server didn’t return for a good 10-15 minutes, leaving us wondering what was going on. The food, when it finally arrived, was undeniably tasty. However, some of the Momos were open, with the filling spilling out, which was disappointing, though the flavor made up for it. The dressings and other dishes were delicious, but the service issues overshadowed the meal. Throughout our time there, no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant seemed understaffed, with only one male employee doing most of the work—taking orders, bringing food, and generally running around—while others seemed disengaged. The area near the counter was crowded with customers waiting for takeout, making the environment even more chaotic. In the end, I had to ask myself if I would return to this location. For the food, absolutely—but not for the service or the overall experience. I think the owners should address these issues to prevent losing customers due to poor service and a disorganized atmosphere. The food is great, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

The location of Indolicious by Hakkalicious is convenient, but unfortunately, the overall experience was less than satisfactory. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which led to significant delays. It seemed like everyone was crowding the counter to either place or pick up their orders, resulting in long wait times. Getting the attention of a server was a challenge. A neighboring table had to give me a menu after noticing we had been waiting for a while without any service. When we finally placed our order, the two dishes arrived 15 minutes apart, which left me in an awkward position. The food itself was so-so—nothing particularly special. In comparison, Hakkalicious at Trinity Commons offers a much better dining experience. Despite the average experience, I would consider returning, but only with a reservation and by placing my order a day in advance to avoid the long wait times. Indolicious by Hakkalicious has potential, but they need to address their staffing issues and improve their service to enhance the overall dining experience.
