Visited with my family to one of the best Indian restaurant in DT. We ordered Delhi Wala Chana Bhatura, Keema Nan and Amritsari Kulcha with Channa, along with sweet Lassi for the kids and myself Kingfisher premium Beer. The food was marvellous, tasty and excellent quantity. The atmosphere of the place was awesome with Bollywood songs playing. We really loved the food, it’s presentation, ambience and service by the staff. Definitely we would be good again in future.

A Culinary Gem in Downtown Toronto! Indian Desire exceeded our expectations with its incredible flavors and authentic dishes. We ordered the Dal Aravali, Paneer Tikka Anardana, Ram Laddoo with Mircha, and Tawa ka Latpata Paneer, and every dish was a delightful journey of taste. The Dal Aravali was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—comfort food at its best. The Paneer Tikka Anardana was a standout, with tender, smoky paneer paired beautifully with tangy anardana flavors. The Ram Laddoo with Mircha was a unique and flavorful treat, adding a nice kick to our meal. Lastly, the Tawa ka Latpata Paneer stole the show with its bold spices and fresh ingredients. A special shoutout to our server, Nandini, who made our experience even better with her warm hospitality and attentive service. The presentation was immaculate, the ambiance warm and inviting, and the overall experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist, Indian Desire is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Went to indian desire for dinner. Tried their galouti kabab and amritsari lamb karahi with garlic naan. The taste of both dishes was good but mild. Also the serving size of kabab was a little less. Apart from this I really loved their ambiance and service ❤️

The service was great with a cozy atmosphere. We ordered their Tangy cauliflower and it was delicious. The cauliflower had a nice crispy shell with glazing sauce that was not too spicy but just enough to stimulate your taste buds. Their parmesan Malai chicken tikka was okay, for people who like parmesan but the seasoning was on the lighter side. Their main tofu veggie dish was also wonderful with tomato sauce and added spice. We also had their butter chicken, lamb korma, and lamb Biryani. All of them were good, not too spicy. Overall, a great place to go for dinner or lunch.

Fresh , naturally flavored(with Indian herbs and spices) food, so yummy, rich and filling. Service was really fast. Had a great north Indian lunch on my kid's birthday

Delicious food, nice ambience and amazing service. The pudina pepper paneer tikka was incredible, so soft and flavourful. Ram Ladoo was so innovative- tangy and spicy. For the mains we had baingan bartha, dal katli and my personal favourite, kofta nazakat. Every dish was plated with so much care and detail. Look no further for your new date night spot or a place to catch up with friends. Already planning my next visit!

Highly recommend this place if you are in Toronto downtown and craving Indian. Outstanding food!! Their specialty is north indian food. The kababs, changezi chicken, highway paneer butter masala, amritsari kulcha chhole, roomali roti, lassi, everything we ordered, I would rate 10/10. Service was good too, the lady was sweet and caring.

Loved the food. Tandoori Chicken was good, galouti kabab was very close to what you get in Lucknow. Dal Makhani and Naan was the best we had in Canada so far. This would be the best Indian restaurant I have come across.
