It was our first visit. Food was of reasonable quality. The whole is not that much kids friendly as they might want to play with stuff and specially the cold steam bowl they put on the tables. The washroom is way down stairs which is not accessible for disabled people. Also my main concern is their menu which is different on map and in the store more than %30 which is far from honesty. Halim was good but moderate in contrast to Iranian ones. The omelet and pancakes were good too.

Sana was absolutely Fantastic!!! Friendly yet professional, and very courteous. We felt right at home and taking so good care of. I would highly highly recommend coming here and asking for Sana if you can!

Absolutely amazing experience EVERY TIME! I highly recommend their omelette and bandari… they are wonderful and the presentation was fantastic. I loved my experiences and I would HIGHLY recommend this place … BEST breakfast spot in Richmond Hill! It was long overdue and it’s finally here!!!!

We had a great experience at Imperial Cafe! from the moment we arrived, Sana was very welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and she made great recommendations. All the dishes we ordered were tasty and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this cafe.

Very nice Persian cafe and lounge. Menu provides a variety of options. Service is excellent, they have attention to details. Came in early afternoon, therefore it’s not too busy. Foods and saffron tea here are great quality. Will come back to try more items

I had an amazing experience at Imperial Cafe and Lounge! The atmosphere is cozy, the decor is stylish, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The menu offers a great variety of delicious drinks and food, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. Zahra, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made my drink and ice cream exactly how I like it and made sure I felt welcome throughout my visit. Her warm smile and professionalism truly elevated my experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed yet vibrant cafe!

Amazing place: beautiful venue, great atmosphere, friendly service and so delicious food. All day breakfast is a bonus. Deserts are incredible looking. Love it. Our server Moonlight was really nice. Is great to see that there are still restaurants that really try and care!
