Food very good & good value as well. Definitely enjoyed. Will be back. ❤️ I want to give a special shout out to the young Indian lady working Monday night. She answered my many questions with grace & patience, went out of her way to show me what each option looked like, which I LOVED & did it all WITH A SMILE! 😄 She was so cute/sweet & genuinely cared... this made the food & experience that much better & I felt happy eating it coming from her. Amazing service!! Great recommendations from the staff. We got two smoothies and they’re both great, with lots of real ingredients instead of just ice✨Lentil soup was also super delicious.

Amazing service! Angela was so friendly and made my experience ordering here so nice. I was very whelmed looking at their extensive menu but she walked me through it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have an easier healthy meal choice in this area.

Today ordered the charred chicken, and it was a major disappointment. The chicken tasted horrible and seemed like it was made from leftovers. The flavor was completely off, making it inedible. To make matters worse, I spent $19 on this meal, which felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this dish to anyone.

Mixed review here, only because I ordered for delivery and my food packaging wasn’t handled well. However the Chipotle Chicken Bowl was delicious! Everything else… not so much. I ordered 3 drinks and got 2 (even included 3 straws) and unfortunately it wasn’t sealed properly and a drink was spilled in the bag. However I will try other items, because flavours and texture were well put together.

We really liked the Build your own with tofu toppings, guacamole, and more.. we got 2 of them and the quantity was good. I didn’t like the drink though. There was no flavour in it. I ordered butterfly drink which was recommended by the cashier, was only flop. The bowls that we had was amazing. Gonna try their smoothie bowl too!

I had a few mishaps here with a couple of Ritual take out orders when the restaurant first opened, but gave it another chance recently and the service and food have both been great. The kalbi steak does take awhile to be prepared (10-15 min wait on average during my visits) but it is fresh and delicious, so I factor in more time now when I want to grab take out here. I love the build your own bowl option with the avocado garlic mayo sauce. I also had a chance to try the new lemonades at my last visit, and they were both amazing. Keep up the great work, and thank you, looking forward to visiting more often.

I LOVE the bowls at imperfect!! Just so delicious and tasty!! It’s a healthy meal with a ton of flavour and textures! And most importantly your food is made with love. The staff are so friendly and kind and you know they care when prepping your food. I went in today with my husband and baby and we were so pleased with the service and we even got to try their new summer lemonade drink and it was fantastic!! I am a loyal costumer and will continue to eat there!! Overall a 10/10 :)
