Great healthy option. We had the Benedict on the waffle. The ingredients tasted wonderful. The egg was full of flavour. The only reason I substracted a star 🌟 due to the fact that the egg was cooked through and not runny. Update 4 weeks later: We came 4 more times and the eggs have been runny 🥳 absolutely Devine. Now I just need to steel their waffle recipe or convince them to offer the Superfood Bennys during the week. PS try their sea salt cookie ( best I found so far if you love dark chocolate) 😋

Great health conscious food. Nice ambiance, helpful and active staff. Nice place to plug in and work. Or get a takeout after gym. As a premium health foods, it is a bit pricy though.

Incredible allergy-friendly, healthy food options. Love all the paleo options like the waffles. Everything is high quality. We had the breakfast bagel and waffles and really enjoyed it. The type of place where you’ll enjoy your food AND still feel really good after. Also, the staff is AWESOME and was so helpful with my food allergies. 10/10!

Impact Kitchen in Toronto has a great vibe and super friendly staff. I didn’t try the food, but I had a mocha, and it wasn’t bad. The place has a nice atmosphere, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done.

Stopped in for a light lunch on a Saturday at Impact Kitchen restaurant at 444 Adelaide St. West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Everything was fantastic as usual and the service staff were very attentive. We had the Island Jerk Power Bowl with chicken and the Breakfast Tacos with chicken along with a Hibiscus Berry Spritzer and an Easy Green Smoothie. Even though it was a lighter crowd the beverage counter got backed up with orders as there was only 1 baristas. Look forward to going again soon. Cheers, Chris>

I wanted to give this place a 5, but decided on 4. The power of marketing! FOOD: While the food is good, it is not the most outstanding food you can get in the city! I had their warrior bowl with a chicken breast and while tasty with rice, olives, and crunchy butter arugula, you probably can find something like this elsewhere. I thought also that the bowl was overpriced for my liking. SERVICE: The service at this place is efficient and friendly. No complaints here! ATMO: I am not the biggest fan of this atmosphere as it feels a bit pretentious to me. That being said, everything was clean and nicely organized. Hence the marketing is on point. But, did you know that their soup and juice options seem to be very similar to the farm boy ones. Coincidence?

Straight fire from the moment I opened the bowl, this was so yummy and completely made my day.. but the total show stealer was the protein cookie, wow incredibly consistency and flavor full of high quality nutrients. Solid plentiful portion, presented beautifully and everything has that good old homemade with love, pride and outstanding over and above effort factor. The taste and diversity of palette sensations was phenomenal. A beautifully presented plentiful portion of wholesome, yummy superfood ingredients, fantastic and exciting flavors made this a home run for sure and I'll definitely be grubbing at this joint again. Support Canadian businesses!

Been eating at Impact Kitchen for over three years now and it has helped me tremendously on my own personal health and wellness journey. Everything is 100% Gluten Free, no refined sugars and no seed oils. Some of my current favourite menu items are the protein balls, the camo matcha, the iced matcha tea and the zesty Mexican power bowl. Definitely the best healthy fuel in the city!
