This impact kitchen branch really need to be improved ! I am a loyal customer to impact in every location and before writing this review I really tried this impact branch maybe 5 times and in all times it was disappointing! Everytime I order zesty mexican it comes with a tiny amount of beef not the actual amount that they put in other branches And I ordered protein cookie they gave me raw oat flour cookie instead and the granola that I am always satisfied with in other branches yesterday came so browned like almost burned and the taste is not satisfying at all Save your customers and investigate this branch

My favourite healthy food spot. I love being able to come here and get whatever I want! Whether it’s a coffee and a sweet treat or a salad or some brunch - all guilt free. Service is always spectacular.

Not only is the food very healthy, but it is extremely tasty and the variety is superb. AND, the service is amazing. I accidentally showed up to collect my food 30 minutes past closing time, but they still let me in to collect my meal! They deserve ALL the stars google has available for that dedication to their customers! (But I really apologize for being late and I will not take advantage of your wonderful dedication again…10 apology stars out of 5! :-))

This week we went to Impact Kitchen the new Midtown location, the food was absolutely delicious! For starters we ordered; Butternut Squash soup ,and for the main course we had : "Zesty Mexican" and "Hero" power bowls, both with steak. The product quality is consistently outstanding! Excellent environment, friendly service and great Menu choices. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes :)

Disappointed. I don’t typically write reviews but I was really looking forward to the opening of this location and unfortunately the baked goods are not on par with company standard. I bought a banana bread today which as you can see in the pictures was baked on one side but practically raw on the other. It tasted very gummy and flavourless, there was literally no banana flavour at all and the walnuts inside were black. I got stomach pains shortly after eating too, which never happens after eating gluten free foods. I’m assuming it wasn’t baked all the way through. Upset that I walked over in the rain and spent $5 on a tiny slice of bread that tasted like nothing and didn’t make me feel good :( Only saving grace was the good service from staff!

Impact Kitchen is at the top of their game! Our experience was fantastic. Attentive service and excellent menu suggestions. The restaurant is designed beautifully with great flow and clean lines. Lots of seating and a great ambiance. I loved the Zesty Mexican bowl. I added sustainably sourced salmon and enjoyed an ice cold coconut water along side. The Tuba Poke bowl was also a hit. For dessert, I had a protein brownie which really hit the spot. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food. No seed oils, raw and fresh. Impact Kitchen is my go to now matter what meal of the day. I highly recommend it.

LOVE Impact Kitchen! The service at the new location is super friendly and the environment is very clean, bright, and welcoming. The food is really tasty and very filling. Also love the smoothies and the baked goods! Shout-out to the chocolate sea salt cookies, which are so delicious that I almost forgot to take a picture!
