The best gluten free chain by far! Amazing variety of delicious dishes that I usually can't eat and for a good price. We ate here multiple times on our Toronto trip and would love to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend the waffle and burger. Hope to maybe see a branch open in London one day.

So happy they opened a location in the financial district. I got to the one at WPP all the time. Great ‘fast food’ option that’s always reliable. A little pricey for the category but the quality is worth it. IG: fahedfitness

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere at Impact Kitchen’s newest downtown location. The financial district is really lacking healthy and nutrient-dense options. When I buy lunch in the middle of my workday, I often times feel very sluggish and tired after my meal, but I don’t feel that way after an Impact Kitchen meal!!! Will be a very frequent customer at this location!!!!!

Excellent service, incredible people, amazing food!!! The banana bread french toast is my favourite along with the delicious chorizo sausage. Pouneh the General Manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I love Impact and it is so great seeing the company grow!!!

Impact kitchen is always my go to spot in the city for delicious and nutritious food. You can expect high quality ingredients, and service with a smile. This location is no different, and exceeded my expectations. Come visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you won’t be disappointed! Don’t forget to grab yourself a protein brownie to go 😉

This is the spot to go!! The best nutrient dense food you will find in the city. Eating at Impact Kitchen has helped me in my fitness journey so much and I’m so excited that Impact Kitchen now has a location in the financial district. The team here is super friendly. Highly recommend the warrior bowl with steak!
