One of the best Latte I’ve ever had!! Fresh and sugar free. The service was quick and the app looks great too. Would visit again! Maybe a little loud for someone without headphones.

There was a bit of a miscommunication/ understanding when I ordered the poke. I substituted salmon in place of tuna but they gave me a cooked piece while I expected it to be raw… it was also pretty overcooked and tough. Also was a small portion for $25.

Reviews were mixed here. My friend and I didn’t add a protein to our dish but it was a perfect fit for her as she is avoiding gluten and she veg. Food came out quickly since there was no protein to cook. My only issue was that it is so loud in there I don’t know how people work in there without a headset on. I’d go back, It’s not cheap but it’s good for veg clean food plus the protein is good quality if you order grass fed beef. My cookie was almond flour and delicious. I’d go back especially if I am trying to eat well My friend is a light eater and only ate half so if you’re in that camp, it’s a great deal as you’ll get 2 meals for the price of 1.

My colleagues and I came here for a company lunch as this Impact Kitchen location is right in the heart of Liberty Village. Everything we had was delicious and nutritious! The restaurant has an awesome, modern atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly. The lady who took our order also brought our food to us and checked in on us about how everything was, so she was super kind and attentive! I got the Matcha Latte (I chose to get it iced) and the Avocado Toast. The Matcha Latte was super smooth and delicious and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The Avocado Toast came with a sliced-up hard-boiled egg on each slice, topped with chilli flakes to give it a little spice. It was the perfect package: carbs, veg, and protein all with a little kick! Absolutely loved it. We also got two Almond Brownies for the table, which were super decadent and had a lovely almond flavour. We’ll definitely be back for another lunch here!

My friends and I went to this restaurant for the first time and we got impressed with their customer service. The manager (named Amir if I'm not mistaken) was very hardworking and on top of everything to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. He was supervising all the staff to ensure everything was done properly and perfectly. There were two kind girls (not sure about their names, one was tall and blond and the other one was shorter with black hair) working there who were very caring and asked us multiple times if we needed anything else. The food was very healthy and satisfying. We could feel the tastes of every single fresh ingredient that were used. We also tried their chocolate cookies and bars, and they were so delicious. I'll definitely go back to this restaurant again.

Great go to healthy meals here at Impact Kitchen. Space is always clean and inviting to have lunch, meetings or get any laptop work done. Summer time tables outside are refreshing as well. 10/10 smoothies.

The service and atmosphere was great. The servers are friendly and helpful. I had the island jerk with free range chicken breast and an immunity shield tea, which I enjoyed a lot. I I recommend them and especially when looking for healthier dining options. All in all it was good experience.

Delicious food that is cleaner and more nutritious. Great bowl portion sizes. The large cafeteria style dining room is also good to work from - mix of diners and workers. The large windows and high ceilings make the space very bright and airy. Prices are fair considering the better ingredients and larger portion size. Green P street parking is outside and parking lots are across the road. Will return to impact.
