Impact Kitchen has made a name for itself as a go-to spot for clean, nutritious, and flavorful food, and we were excited to give it a try. Located in a bright, modern space with a relaxed vibe, the restaurant radiates its mission of healthy, wholesome eating. For our meal, we opted for the Zesty Mexican Bowl with an add-on of salmon. The bowl was a vibrant medley of fresh greens, quinoa, avocado, black beans, and a tangy, zesty dressing that tied everything together beautifully. Each bite of the salad was refreshing, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced—a true testament to Impact Kitchen’s commitment to quality. However, the salmon, unfortunately, didn’t meet the same standard. While its portion size was generous, it was slightly overcooked, making it dry and less enjoyable than the juicy, flavorful salad it accompanied. That said, the overall experience was still a good one. The warm service, the health-conscious menu, and the flavorful base of the Zesty Mexican Bowl are enough reasons to return—and perhaps try another protein option next time! If you're looking for a healthy spot in the city with plenty of variety, Impact Kitchen is definitely worth checking out. Just make sure to speak up about your preferences when it comes to salmon!

I had the grass fed burger (with sweet potato fries), egg and avocado toast and an almond butter brownie, all of which cost around $50 including tax and tip. Flavours on everything were clean and light, the food is presented with a simple elegance and service was friendly and attentive. While food portions themselves are not large the meal did feel satisfying because Impact uses quality ingredients.

I got the green goddess salad with a side of salmon. The food tastes good and I love that they added capers to the salad. However the fish you see in the picture is what you get for an additional $9. For that price, I'd expect a side of fish to be bigger than a potato wedge. Honestly I knew shrinkflation is real, but I didn't know it was this bad. The salad itself is already close to $20 after tax so $30 for a salad and a piece of fish is robbery.

Uber prices are 20-25% higher. Regular prices are already a disgrace for the portion. Look at the size of this wrap for $17. I am not a giant. Also ordered chicken soup (included 5 tiny pieces of chicken) and a smoothie. Nothing tasted good. Absolutely never again!

We found a perfect GF spot. The food was fresh and delicious. The place is clean and not loud. Wish we could have one of these closer to home. Please support this place. It is an invaluable asset to the community.

Love this place for healthy food and friendly service! Decor is a bit stark but functional and a very athletic vibe. Hero power bowl plus steak (partially eaten in photo) is my favourite. And today they gave me a free cookie! Delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Impact and as always, it was an exceptional experience. The food, as expected, never disappoints. Each dish is a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to health and taste. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, the consistency in quality and service is remarkable. If you're looking for a place that offers both nutritious and delicious meals, Impact should be at the top of your list. A special mention to Sid for making my dining experience so memorable!
