A true hidden gem! The food is comforting and delicious, with that authentic, home-cooked taste that feels like a meal straight from mom's kitchen. The space is tight and not very modern. The prices are incredibly affordable, making it a great value for such high-quality dishes. One of the few Korean restaurants on Bloor that opens early, even before lunch—a huge bonus for early risers. Parking is convenient with plenty of street options nearby. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Some of the best Korean food I've had in the city. We ordered the tuna and bulgogi kimbap, japchae and fried rice Everything tasted so authentic and the japchae was by far my favourite. It is also very reasonably priced for the amount of food. I would recomened going early for a late lunch or early dinner because they stop taking dine in customers at 6pm. If you are planning on ordering takeout bring cash. Overall great resturant definitely try it out!

This is by far the cheapest eats I've ever seen in this economy. It's no wonder it's so popular. Came on a Saturday evening around 5 and wasn't too busy. I shared an army stew and seafood pancake with a friend. Eating both dishes was EXTREMELY filling. Army stew was good, especially for only $25?!? Pancake was okay, it seemed a bit under. Each person paid about $23 including tax and tip, so not bad. Sides are pretty small but service was lacking a bit (not the most patient and friendly). I would still come again to try other dishes.

Best of the best Korean restaurants in the Christie neighborhood. The price is cheapest compared to the surrounding, and the quality is always on top. I love most of the dishes here! Just one pity thing is they close quite early at 7pm

A super affordable Korean restaurant with all the staple Korean dishes! I can’t stress just how affordable the food is, especially for its size and taste. The spicy pork hot plate and bulgogi yaki udon are phenomenal! The restaurant is pretty small and quaint so seating is limited. Service is extremely fast!

My #1 Korean Restaurant. Food is amazing, especially the price. $10 for a pork bone soup with rice. Bibimbap serving is huge, and it's good for 2. But..... ThePlace is small, and if you don't plan, you might need to wait long or not be able to eat at all. Little cozy place that makes you feel more like eating at home. The only thing that is stopping me from visiting the place is the drive to TO. I just don't like driving to TO. 2 to 3 times a year for these four is worth it. Overall, it is worth the drive and highly recommended. Please give me s like if this helps.

The new receptionist was really impolite to us. I only go there for lunch once every two weeks, but the previous receptionist was excellent and very modest. Although I was usually satisfied with her service, this time, when I went with my friends, I was not pleased with the New receptionist.

Dropped by for a light snack and got the rice cake and kimbap. Service was very friendly and the food was light and delicious! Prices were cheap too which is getting harder to find these days. Recommend this spot for small snacks or ordering a bunch of shareables for a larger group.
