IHOP Erin Mills

Was very disappointed as a first visit. The only thing that was good was the Chicken Tenders from the share platter apps. The burrito was okay, came in a little cold. The worst part was the cinnamon pancakes, it wasn’t fluffy either…you can see how it was advertised on the menu AND you can clearly see how much it was lacking, to make customers pay $16 for these pancakes is highway robbery. The service was also terrible, our utensils came after our food arrived. Two people had to come to our table to receive utensils. Items that was ordered did not come, server went back and forth the area without checking on the food, cutleries, etc. It was not a busy time either, the service would’ve made sense if the area was packed. It was such a turn off for us, so this one is a pass and we will not come back, Denny’s is a better option imho.

I recently visited IHOP at Erin Mills in Mississauga for lunch and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated, but the clean atmosphere and spacious waiting area, conveniently located near the front bathroom, made the wait comfortable. The pleasant reception at the front desk was a positive start. Once seated, we were quite hungry and promptly placed our orders. Unfortunately, the coffee that was brought to our table was cold. However, our server, Yusra, quickly addressed the issue and brought us a fresh, hot pot. While this showed responsiveness, a bit more attentiveness initially could have prevented the mishap. For my meal, I ordered the Poblano omelette. While it was tasty, it didn't quite match the picture on the menu, and the avocado was disappointingly tiny and not very appealing. It was supposed to be spicy, but I found it rather mild. My wife also had the veggie egg white omelette with mushrooms, which was delicious but, again, lacked the advertised amount of avocado. The fresh hot coffee paired nicely with our orange juice, though we had to dilute the juice as it was quite thick. A single serving was enough for two people. Yusra was very friendly and listened to my concerns about the avocado, assuring me she would pass them on to the manager. The ambiance of IHOP is great for families, with a lively atmosphere that adds to the dining experience. Despite the initial hiccups, our meal was delicious. Oh I forgot they also had gluten friendly pancakes which i enjoyed and was pleased they had. Overall, IHOP at Erin Mills is a great place to dine with family. While there were some issues with the coffee and the avocado portions, the friendly service and tasty food made up for it. I would recommend giving it a try, especially if you're in the mood for a hearty meal.

Our server was good but it was hard to get her attention. When we needed her and come when she not. I got the berry crepe, The taste was a bit eggie the creep could have been cooked more. The bread was okay the sausage was all right the ham is really good. Since someone was celebrating a birthday at our table they got a free ice cream. The drinks were really good I have to stay their drinks are phenomenal. A bit on the expensive side for breakfast, I said yes you stick to the pancakes plus the portions are huge.

The food was amazing, we throughly enjoyed it.Ambience -5 stars.place was kept clean.kid friendly, my 10 year old was happy with his kid size hot chocolate. We were served by Amrit, she was very kind, knowledgable and understood our dietary needs and suggested the options for us very well.I would highly recommend her.

I have tried iHOP several times in the US but this is the first time in Canada! Tried this new location in Erin Mills and it was truly a wonderful experience!! They have a great queuing system which you can constantly monitor to know when you can expect to be seated. We were served by Jai and the service was very friendly and prompt! He helped us out in picking the right dishes as well! We thoroughly enjoyed the Spinach and Mushroom omelette, Dulce-DeLeche pancakes, Belgian waffles with Ice-cream and the IHop splashes drinks!!! All of them were super delicious and enjoyable! Will surely come back!!!

Came on two separate occasions to try the new ihop! A Monday morning - Tasha was an excellent server! She offered great recommendations and was super friendly. Our breakfast came out pretty fast - the restaurant was steady busy. Tried again on a Friday afternoon for lunch - it was noticeably more busy and the food took almost 45 minutes to come out :/ seemed like quite a wait. Our server was friendly (sorry forget her name) but there didn’t seem to be an acknowledgment for how long the food was taking. The food itself was cooked fresh and hot. It is pricier than other breakfast places.

We were served by Mehak and she was so sweet. We were a group of 9 and she had us seated, order taken and food was served in a timely fashion. The order was taken with great accuracy unlike some other places we go to as a large group and they always mess up the order! Only issue was the space was a little tight for 9 people but we managed to get some chairs. All in all, great service! Good food! Nice ambience! Glad to have a halal menu as well 😊

Update: We decided to give IHOP a second chance, this time the food was really tasty. I ordered spinach and mushrooms omelet and my friends ordered the avocado toast. The dishes were well plated and the omelet tasted fresh and well done. The coffee was strong and just right. The only downside is the service was kind of slow. Original review I was waiting patiently for IHOP to open and try it because of the rave about it. So last Friday we went for breakfast around 9am, our server Di was nice and welcoming. We ordered coffee, tea, blueberry lemon french toast and chocolate chip pancakes. The coffee is really good, but other than that it was really average. It took them almost an hour to get our orders, though the place was not full. I'm not sure I will be coming back.
