Went on opening night, great service where staff were friendly and knowledgeable when I asked about the individual ingredients and pairing. The wine and sake selection was wonderful stand alone and worked well with some of the courses. The chef was very accommodating and professional as my party took a bit longer to finish the food provided because I was taking multiple pictures of every course. The food itself were all very tasty and fresh with great variety served during the meal. I especially enjoyed watching the Wagyu sukiyaki / shabu shabu get cooked in front of us and the details hidden within the white radish strings where it hid shreds of shiso leaf and shreds of japanese ginger.

Soft opening, $50 off, 3rd day of soft opening. Clean, bright, comfortable decor. Service are quite smooth from my perspective with no delays and no hiccups. Everyone I interacted with seem quite passionate on their role and I did enjoyed the dinner today. My tea get refilled very often. Overall, my experience from tonite is great! The price you pay is the set menu and Sushi is good in general and tasted quite fresh! During sushi course, they would use different rice (marinade using different vinegar to make the sushi rice). It‘s a great dinner for this soft opening pricing.

We made a reservation for dinner on the first day of Ibushi's soft opening Jan 7, 2025. Excellent service and we enjoyed the food very much. We were served by Chef Harry who is great. He is knowledgeable, professional and passionate about Japanese delicacies. Chef Harry also took the time to explain the origin and harvesting seasons for some of the ingredients. Yutaka, the manager is also very friendly and attentive in making sure that we had a great dining experience. We truly had a one of a kind Omakase experience overall.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ibushi on their opening night. My husband had the drink pairing, and I had the sparkling green tea followed by hot sake. Chef Hiroki and Yutaka curated an incredible omakase experience. The space is elegant and warm. The service was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Most importantly: the food was delicious, and traditional yet elevated. The drink menu is unique and impressive, showcasing bottles from the Old and New Word that I had not seen before. Needless to say, I am very much looking forward to my next dinner at Ibushi.
