The hummus was sour. The falafel was gross. All the food came cold. It all tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours. Was not good would not order again.

My friend ordered me a taboulli and falafel on hummus for lunch via DoorDash on 22/12/22. I experienced several food safety concerns: first, there was a hair baked into the falafel (see photo). Second, the falafel was extremely dry, tasting old. Also experienced issues on the food quality side: such as store bought Italian dressing on the tabouli and store bought ranch on the falafel (instead of tahini). Both of which are visible in the photo. The hummus also appeared to be store bought, similar texture to "Sabra" brand. The falafel was brown on the inside, instead of a vibrant green.
