Huevos Gourmet is a fantastic spot for Mexican brunch! The food was not only delicious but service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was quick, friendly, and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. Our group was vegetarian, so we were very satisfied with the options available. The breakfast burrito with vegan chorizo was absolutely amazing – flavorful, satisfying, and packed with fresh ingredients that truly elevated the dish. My friend got a vegeté crepe, so there are many plant-based options. A special shoutout to Roberto, whose service was top-notch. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great experience, always checking in and making sure everything was just right. On top of that, his drinks were outstanding – expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The food was fantastic, the service warm and attentive. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Mexican brunch experience with vegetarian options!

We recently celebrated a private function at Huevos Gourmet. The service, craft cocktails, food and attention to every detail was incredible. Carlos and Gerardo planned a perfect menu and even made special Mexican cookies for our group. I received messages the next days from all my friends who attended saying what a great night it was. Get your friends together and have your private function. You will be more than happy!!!!

Amazing brunch, cute atmosphere, and lovely staff. We ordered the Mexican Breakfast and Mexican Eggs Benny. The chorizo is flavourful and their housemade hot sauce is delicious and spicy. We would definitely go back!

We came here as a group of 5 on a Wednesday around 10:30 am during the summer time. There was a hostess standing by the entrance on the patio who greeted us on the way in. All of their guests were sitting outside on this beautiful day, hence indoors was completely empty when we first arrived. We opted to sit indoors since the tables outside were smaller. Upon first impression, the decor is cute with hints of Mexican vibes with their colorful mural. Our admiration for their aesthetic soon got distracted by the pestering of flies and mosquitoes. It was really annoying as these insects constantly were buzzing around during our meal. Looking around, there's actually a lot of these bugs, as well as spider webs in the dining area. This place needs a serious clean! I've attached some photos of what I mean. Onto the menu - I appreciated their selection of more typical brunch items alongside some more traditional Mexican options, inclusive of all-day lunch and tacos. I went for the birria tacos but was disappointed that it was different from others I've had since this one had very little beef due to the incorporation of refried beans. It also did not have any cheese or pairing of consommé which I feel are what make the dish really hit. For the $18-19, I felt the portion was small since there were no side pairings. I also got a chance to taste their Egg Benedict which was pretty good - they were on point with the cook of the egg (you can order it poached and runny, medium, or well-done) and the slice of peameal bacon was nice and thick without being too salty. The portion of this dish was also more worth the price. Their potatoes definitely could have been crispier though. Lastly, I really enjoyed their freshly squeezed pineapple juice which was so refreshing with a slight natural tartness. Overall, service was average. They were quite attentive and ensured to check up on our table, but nothing too superb to rave about. Parking in the area is Green P, paid street parking.

What a miss of opportunity for this business. I wanted to love this place but no matter how hard I try, something just keeps bothering me. Situated in a nice neighbourhood, this restaurant should be blooming with 5-star reviews but unfortunately, service and sanitary/cleanliness are lacking. Like most of my reviews, I always try to go more than once to give places a chance, but this place just keeps failing. The food was just under average. The place has always stains and dirt on the floor, takes forever to order even tho it’s not busy and for whatever reason, this location doesn't follow their hours and was eager to close early and told us they're closed even when their hours say they're open. I tried to edit their store hour to match from the day they won't let us in but google hasn't updated it. I'm hoping this business will correct their hours to not waste customers time.

Out for a walk along Toronto’s Waterfront Trail on a Sunday morning in early August. Stopped by Huevos Gourmet’s Marine Parade Drive location. Selected seating on the patio. Enjoyed the warm welcome, the hot coffee, and the Mexican Breakfast with grilled ground chorizo. My dining companion ordered the Huevos Breakfast with peameal bacon. Shade umbrellas provided welcome shelter from the mid-summer sun. Plastic chairs designed for stacking, not for comfort, detracted from the dining experience. I’ll choose a table indoors, next time.

1st time visiting and I was not disappointed. This spot is just a block from home and now I'm disappointed I have not been sooner. The food was excellent and service was top notch. The staff recommended a few things and we decided on the spinach & goat cheese crepe which was a SO good and my daughter went with an omelet!! Both excellent recommendations. Coffee was good and Mexican lemonade a little spicy for her liking, but really tasty. Great concept restaurant, it's a little cramped, but most spots are in this area. It definitely didn't take away at all from the dining experience.

The food is high quality, their drinks, the mimosas and cappuccinos are amazing as well. We live in the area came here for the first time and we’re so surprised by the atmosphere and service! One of the best breakfast spots in the area with such a great vibe. The patio is spacious and the inside is beautifully decorated. Def would recommend this spot as it’s very clear the staff value the customers.
