the hamburger was extremely dry and crunchy. i think there were more bread crumbs than meat. the next time i passed by i told the manager… his only comment was “ thank you for the feedback.” One experience there was one too many.. and i was advised by 2 other locals not to go there, but it was convenient… i should have taken the advice

I ordered a beef burger combo and was told to wait for 20 minutes as it was freshly made. After 20 minutes, the beef was overcooked and tasted bitter, the bun was crumbly with a hint of refrigerator odor, and the fries seemed like they were refried from the previous day. I paid 50 dollars for a pile of garbage. I don't understand their pricing strategy at all. AVOID this place.

Delicious flame grilled juicy burgers. Fries and chicken fingers also amazing. My kids love to stop here for lunch.

SUPER OVERPRICED. For a combo and another burger we paid $44+!!!!!!!!!! Let that sink in. I don't even pay that much at McDonalds for that! The burgers were okay in my opinion and fries were literally like McDonalds fries - thin. I asked for no pickles and as they're putting the toppings on my burger, what do I see??.... MF PICKLES!! Thank the good Lord for watching out for me that day as the crew member re-read the order and took them off. In my head I was like, seriously dude??? You're the one that took our order like COME ON... How hard was that to remember we were the only ones who ordered. No one before or after us. Sigh... To top that off a poor dad and his 2 sons came after and ordered a few burgers and combo/s.. (RIP to his wallet) and the place started smoking.. I don't even know if the exhaust fan was working but that was only a few burgers and all the smoke just started flowing into the food court it wasn't even going into the fan at all. Surprised they didn't shut down for the day you'd think that'd be a hazard. Would not recommend dining here unless you actually had money to waste. Please go elsewhere, save your $ and I will say the food is not even special it's just another overpriced burger joint inside a dying mall.

Food is way over priced, even for being Kosher. Chicken fingers tasted good but were overcooked. Gave a lot of onion rings which were ok. Burger was meh. Not great. Not terrible. $50 for a burger combo and an order of chicken fingers is ridiculous. Didn’t realize the total till after I tapped because I didn’t pay attention. Wouldn’t have gone through with it.

The chicken fingers takes like schnitzel, which is wonderful. If it wasn't literally $25 for a regular chicken finger combo, I'd come here very often. If you are actually Kosher, this is a great place to go.I also had a double T burger. Amazing.
