I came here on a recommendation from a friend who had hyped it up and was fully intent on scrutinizing his review…. The pork belly sandwich is among the best sandwiches I have ever tried. Period. And many a sandwich I have tried. I had no idea such tenderness could be achieved in pork belly. It was so exceptional I could not leave without telling the owner, who is a great guy and whose passion you can immediately tell. The store also functions with butcher shop capabilities as there’s a wide selection of butchered meats, smoked salmon and other goodies that can be purchased over the counter. I’ve tried all the big staples in the west end and this is on a whole different level. You owe it to yourself to try it.

The owner is so nice! The brisket is so tender. Definitely one of my new go to morning spots when I'm craving a good breakfast sandwich.

Absolutely killer breakfast sandwiches. The house made meats are top tier. Very friendly owner and staff. Was so good had to come back the next morning before headed back home to Buffalo. Wish I lived closer. Cheap beer for takeout too.

Visited the Junction Farmers Market and was curious to try this place. There were always long line ups, which is a good sign, but i never had the time. This time, I got to market early and no wait. Of course, I ordered the pork belly breakfast sandwich, as I never had that combo before. It was divine and sublime. Perfectly made, fresh to order. Fried egg with pork belly, BBQ sauce, mayo on toasted English muffin. Delicious. Loved every element of this sando. Will go back for the brisket sandwich next time. Thanks Hot Pork!

One of my favourite places to have a casual lunch in Toronto right now. Incredible quality and cook on their meats. I have had both the pork belly and brisket sandwiches. Couldn’t say which one I liked more. Also has deli butcher favourites to make at home such as burgers and sausage, as well as local favourite Blood Brother beers. The inside could use a little more character but you can also take your sammies and beer to go and head up the street to Trinity Bellwoods. Highly recommended!

Lucky to find this on a walk today. Pretty sure the owner/chef served me himself and was extremely passionate about his food. Asked for best seller and told the brisket breakfast Sammy. Perfect sandwich that was great for a walk in the park. Lots of great grocery options and noticed they have my fav beer, BloodLight. Didn't feel like carrying a jar of pickled eggs so will likely be back next week to try another sandwich and stock up. Sausage rolls available on the weekends!!!

Went here for the first time on a weekend after hearing rave reviews from friends and it did not disappoint. We got the brisket sandwich, pork belly breakfast sandwich, and poutine. Loved the fresh cut fries and smokey gravy. Everything had a really good flavor and was not overly salty, unlike other bbq or smoked meat places in the city. Highly recommend!

New place opened up. They make everything in-house. You can buy ready made stuff to take home and they have sandwiches etc. Good variety. I tried the brisket sandwich and man it was great. The bun was soft with plenty of meat to satisfy every bite with coleslaw and sauce. The balance was fantastic and you don’t get that from many places. Outstanding!!! Breakfast sandwich are just awesome!!
