Our experience was surprisingly amazing. We had the 4 piece meals, plus the jumbo Buffalo wings. It was very good. So much so that we ordered several of their $5 meals on Tuesday. The wings reminded me of those times my mom and dad would drive to Buffalo for back to school shopping, off Transit or Military Road. Yummy! My husband loves fried chicken and he has said that this beats out Popeye's and KFC for him, as he feels they have been really disappointing now. They have everyday specials and even without those it is much more affordable than these more popular places I have mentioned. The owner was very friendly and kind. We ate there and the smells of the smokers, had you salivating. Overall, an excellent experiencing for just a quick lunch.

They have a landlords special on Tuesdays but every time I go, they are closed. I guess they can’t pay their landlord. Food is good when they decide to be open.

Horn Dawgs is the best restaurant around. The best Wings, Ribs and Nachos. The customer service is amazing too. If you get a chance to see S there, say hi. He's a great dude and always makes sure my orders are perfect!!! Used to eat at the Pickering location as I lived so close to it but when I moved to Ajax I realized there's another location down the street from me again!!! Ajax location is unbelievable

If you're a fan of fried chicken, you absolutely must try Horn Dawgs! I had the pleasure of enjoying their fried chicken this evening, and it was nothing short of epic. The crispy, golden-brown coating is perfection, and the chicken itself is juicy and flavorful with every bite. I've been a loyal KFC customer for years, but Horn Dawgs has completely changed the game for me. Their fried chicken is way better than KFC's, hands down. The crunch is unbeatable, and the seasoning is just right—perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. Whether you're a fried chicken aficionado or just looking for an upgrade from your usual spot, Horn Dawgs is the place to be. Highly recommend giving them a try; you won't be disappointed!

This is the spot for southern BBQ! There is a great variety of foods and everything is very flavourful. The fried chicken is super crispy and they have one of the best chicken sandwiches! You get a generous amount of food for the money and there alot of deals!

Wanted to see how the Ajax one compared to the Pickering one. Service could be better… website wasn’t working and ordering over the phone had its difficulties. Food tasted great (chicken sandwiches, burgers, coleslaw) but the cornbread was burnt and dry. We did noticed the toppings for the burgers were not what was ordered. Overall good but service could improve.
