Hooters Niagara

On December 27th, 2024 Me and a friend decided to go for a bite to eat and a couple of beers at Hooters in Niagara Falls and I have to say we had the best waitress anyone could ever ask for. Holly was absolutely amazing, constantly checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed she was very polite talkative just around super. I definitely appreciate everything she did for us. Hooters is lucky to have her as a server. Thank you, Holly, for being such an amazing caring server

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We came in, were asked to sit at the bar while we wait for a table - No problem. Several families were seated before us, we spoke up and were taken care of by Alyssa at the bar (the only positive experience we had here). We were seated in another servers section and food came cold, drinks and side orders never came, the menus given were dirty, the end of the entire paper towel roll had sauce smeared on it from the party before us and service was noticeably slow.Alyssa on the bar was amazing, but other than that this location was really disappointing.

Spent a day on Clifton hill (locals playing tourists) and took our friends to hooters for dinner. Holly was our waitress or as they say “our hooters girl” and she was fantastic! She kept our drinks filled and checked in often but not so often it was annoying. Our friends got the breaded wings and weren’t really a fan, we also had a long day so we weren’t as hungry as we thought we’d be so we just sat and chit chatted with some drinks. We barely had a few wings each, let alone all you can eat, so Holly got some of our bill waived for us. Totally not expected or needed, but was so appreciated

Family trip to Clifton Hills, and the kids and wife wanted chicken wings. Hooters was within walking distance, so to Hooters we went. Wife and I ordered the Daytona Wings, which were very good. Kids ordered the naked boneless Wings and they enjoyed them. Service was great and atmosphere was what we expected. Will definitely be back.

2nd Hooters location that I visit. The waitress told me to sit wherever I wanted, took the order and the food arrived fast. The wings were dry and bland, the hot sauce was not very spicy, and the curly fries weren't seasoned and were also dry. Despite being in the middle of eating and just 1 hour before closing, the waitress kept asking if I'm finished, as if she wants me to leave as soon as possible. But she is also paying attention to make sure the food is alright and quick to give a drink refill (refill cost extra). I guess Hooters is not as fun as advertised. Edit: The name of the waitress is Victoria.

Stopped in for dinner with a group of friends last night before heading down to the main street In Niagara. Servers were all very friendly and the place seemed happy and busy. Not sure how. When I say this was the worst food I've ever eaten in a public restaurant.... I whole heartedly cannot imagine that a company from this large of a chain could present such garbage and still be open. I'll start by mentioning I have gallbladder issues so i have to be careful when ordering as fried foods trigger bad episodes. If you have gallbladder issues stay away! The entire menu is just deep fried everything. The onion rings were a pool of grease. We all only ate 1 or 2. So that was $10 we will never get back. They were soaked and not crispy. The loaded nachos.. it was the fake goopy ball diamond nacho cheese with a bunch of lettuce and some beans. The meat sauce? We had to look hard to find anything that resembles meat on it. Jalapeños were the best part. The piles of guacamole and sour cream look like poops on top. Just get regular. I bet the salsa can't be to bad. And it's $10 cheaper than the loaded junk we were served. Our friend was sick within the hour after eating wings. & my first beer was completely flat so I swapped with a bottle instead of a pint. My other buddy had a cheese steak sandwich with fries and said he would rate it a 2/10. Fries were not cooked through, no salt and was like cardboard. I've never felt like I could have thrown $50 in the garbage and been happier. Just for nachos and onion rings and a beer. 100000% worst place in Niagara to try and eat. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Unless of course you like fake, undercooked food and raging stomach aches.

Went to the restaurant for the very first time. The server provided decent service at the beginning. Their food was terrible though. Went on a Monday so ordered All you can eat Wings. We were 4 friends so 3 of us got wings and the wings honestly were just bare bones and super dry which seemed like they weren't even fresh. One of my friends ended up getting a feather in his wings. We asked the server to get a refill for the wings and she ended up giving us the most unwelcoming service after that. Everything after that took unusually longer even though the restaurant was not really that busy. The service was unwelcoming at the very end and the food was absolutely horrible. Plus the automated gratuity charge was not worth the service they provided. I generally tip the hosts and servers generously because I have had hospitality background and I always appreciate good food and service but in my opinion, the gratuity was not deserved by the kitchen nor the server. It was my first time visiting hooters and I can definitely say that it will be my last.

Friendly service. Kitchen is quick. Clean and well light facility and clean. Washrooms are in the hotel through a door. Come plenty of TVs and at your booth as well. Great place to catch the game/event. Call ahead to see what is on. No credit card surcharge. Patio available. You can purchase official merchandise inside. A Promotional Fee will appear on your bill. It is NOT mandatory or a tax. It is honestly a plague to tourism in Niagara Falls. Free WiFi has connectivity issues. Floor is really slippery when wet. Price per portion is high.
