Ordered on uber eats and it was awful. It was a scam, wrong pasta, chunks of hard garlic in it, didn’t get the garlic bread that was suppose to come with it, the burger was dry and flavourless. Burger King would have been a better option. Will not be having this place again.

Understaffed and the staff does not know the menu. They seemed unsure about what ingredients were in the food and had to check with the kitchen who seemed unsure about what was in stock. -Menu listed gluten free buns but they are sold out -Menu listed sweet potato fries but they are sold out (was informed about this 45 minutes AFTER ordering SPF) -Menu listed chocolate cake but they are sold out -Music was absurdly loud at 8pm which ruined the atmosphere -Bill came with sweet potatoes fries upcharge still on it

in terms of delivery, they were relatively quick with preparing the food. food was okay but nothing spectacular, proportions were small for the price. just based off of ordering for delivery, i would not choose to go to Hooligans!

Horrible service, severely understaffed. Ordered mac n cheese, this wasn't my first time here, usually everything is good but today they changed the kind of pasta in mac n cheese, also the portion was so small, the plate wasn't even halfway full. Other than that my cocktail was horrible I told the waitress she told me there is nothing she can do about it. She definitely needs an attitude check. This place used to be good, just getting horrible now. There is a lot more better places nearby, you might wanna go there.

Seriously? Processed cheese on chicken parm?? The description even says topped with mozzarella. Extremely disappointed and turned off by this place now. I ended up peeling the thick layer of disgusting processed cheese off the chicken and just ate it plain. Who wants processed cheese on their chicken parm. Not sure what happened here tonight but you ruined my dinner, and lost a customer.

This place is very nice, especially the roof top patio during the summer. Some servers need to work on their customer service. I wanted to say a special thank you to Gabriella for her wonderful customer service. Overall a great experience, will return.

Original review: Came here with three of my friends for dinner and drinks. We split a couple of pitchers of sangria and I ordered the baja tacos which were tasty. We got to the restaurant around 8 and we didn’t leave until 10:40. Our waitress was very friendly but not very attentive. She had come back to our table after we finished our food and drinks at 9:54 and told us that at 10pm drinks were going to be $3. We showed interest and asked if she would be able to come back in a couple of minutes so we could order more drinks. She didn’t come back to our table until 10:35 and that was only because my friend had waved her down. At that point we just wanted the bills and to leave. She gave us our bills and then walked away to another table to give them their bills and to let them pay despite them being sat well after we got to the restaurant. We would have been more understanding if the restaurant was busy; however, there weren’t many other people there when we were. Overall, food was tasty but service was slow. UPDATE July 2024: went on the roof top patio for drinks and food with friends since it’s one of the best view of the lake downtown Barrie. They gave two of my friends dirty glasses, 2/4 of the app plates were dirty, the second pitcher of sangria that we had was dirty. The sangria didn’t taste good, my mojito tasted like pure soda water. Our nachos were mostly dry chips without cheese or other toppings and the sour cream was goopy where you would dip your chip and it’d look like liquid glue on your chip.

So happy to have Hooligans back! After being sold and waiting months for a liquor license, I can imagine it’s been rough for the business. We just dined in for the first time in a while and the new menu items are great and the staff and venue are fantastic. Can’t wait to be back soon (: Highly recommend
